Very impressed. I went in expecting poor service, as that seems to be the main criticism amongst these reviews. What I got was AMAZING service. People were eager to greet, eager to help, cordial and professional. They had what I was looking for, and checkout was actually surprisingly quick. I would definitely return to this store - and to those who are swayed by claims of poor service, go in and see for yourself. I wish every store was run this way.

This is a great store for those who need soccer supplies. I was running a little late for my soccer game in the very early morning on Saturday, but within 20 minutes I bought all clothes I needed and ran to play a soccer. I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you Kevin for your help!

Called three times asked "do you have roller skates" was transfered to permahold twice the third time she just hung up on me. drove there- took one look at the wall and could see they didnt. Couldnt the retard at the counter just look and say "no" FU big5 shop elseware

Very poor customer service. I had to pick up a exercise machine after the cost was finalized but they were not able to keep up their word and ended up wasting time and effort. Manager also was not very helpful in understanding the situation.

Another big 5, like all the rest. Narrow isles, cluttered merchandise, and some decent deals every now and then. This location keeps a decent stock of ammo, long guns, and firearm accessories. Ample parking for customers only.

My go-to Big5 but its smaller than other ones and a tends to be messy but I come back for the prices and dont forget to use the coupons look it up on your phone before checkout if you didnt bring one
