Came here to learn about and purchase a pair of minimalist shoes. The shoe section, on the second level far right corner of the store, was packed with people looking at men and women shoes. I waited and browsed around a bit before I got to talk to Ileana. Out of the staff there, Ileana was the perfect match for my questions about minimalist shoes. She, in fact, uses minimalist shoes herself; so she was more in the know about the shoes and wanted and offered great advice and suggestions for the right pair for me.I ended up spending an hour until I found the perfect shoes. Thanks Ileana!

I bought a set of resistance bands and after shopping at stores nearby I decided to return it. They said they could do the return, but they needed to see my ID. Even though I made a cash purchase. And they needed my full name. And a signature! The box hadnt even been opened! Too much inconvenience. Very bad store policy and very irritating.

Ive been to this store on 3 occasions. The staff did not seem all that interested in helping me either of the last 2 times. Pity, i was in there to make a number of purchases. I walked out with zero items due to their apparent disinterest in customer service.
