Stockton Big 5 manager has the worst attitude towards colored people. He made me wait 20 minutes when I asked him the price of an item and said hell be back. He stood right infrontbof me maybe 3 to 4 feet away and started chatting to a white guy. I waited for 20 minutes and the cashier asked me if I needed help. She paged somebody to help me. The staff are really nice but the manager definitely has a problem. This is not the first time this has happened. I have already lodged a customer service complaint and will wait and see if Big 5 really is concerned about its customers. Alot of my friends and acquaintances also had a problem of being ignored by this manager when they asked him something. Hopefully management knows that a colored persons money is as good as a white guys money. This kind of people promotes racial division in our society.

The guy working in the shoe department on 7/1/17 obviously doesnt like his job and was not helpful. Thankfully another salesperson / manager came along and offered us more help and information. Thanks to the second person I got the shoes I wanted at the sales price which the first person couldnt be bothered to help me with.

Manager very rude and condescending. talks down at people. Would rather have my gums scraped than talk to this butthead. So done with Big 5 and the rude staff
