Dropped off my boat on Monday the 10th of June after making an appointment a week before with Kelvin. They didnt have knowledge of the appointment but took the boat in anyway. The boat was taken in for a 100 hour service and to make sure everything was in good working condition. After waiting a week for the service to be completed I picked up the boat on Friday June 14th. They said the service went fine and everything way in good shape. This was fathers day weekend and I had many friends and family scheduled to enjoy the weekend on the lake. I woke up Saturday morning to prep the boat for the weekend and noticed gear oil all over my driveway. Given this boat had never leaked gear oil before. I called Nor-Cal Mastercraft and spoke with Mike who told me to bring it in and they would do there best to correct the issue. Long story short they had the boat all day so everybody missed out on Saturday at the lake. They said they re sealed the outdrive and it should be fine. I picked the boat up again on Saturday around 5:30 pm. Bought it home again and was hopeful that we could all spend Sunday (Fathers Day) on the lake. I parked the boat at the house and went out for a couple of hours. When I returned home I noticed gear oil on the driveway again. Called Nor-Cal Mastercraft and explained the situation and they said the service department was closed on Sunday. There went fathers day weekend on the lake. I had to drop the boat off a 3rd time on Sunday afternoon. I was called Monday by Kelvin the service manager and he stated that the boat was ready and something other than what they did was causing the problem. I told him I didnt believe it was something other than what they had done and also said I wanted a full refund for the $1100.00 spent for the service. He said he wasnt going to charge me for the repair and that was all there were going to do. I asked to speak to his manager and also wanted the name of the mechanic who worked on the boat. He was reluctant to give me any information and hung up on me. I called the so called manager of Nor-Cal Mastercraft who said he would have the owner call me on Weds. June 19th. To this date I have not heard from the owner. I would not recommend Nor-Cal Mastercraft for servicing of your boat. Kelviin in the service department was rude and did not communicate well during the whole process. The only one who tried to correct the situation was Mike on Saturday the 15th. Overall bad service and as stated earlier I would not recommend them at all.

In Rancho Cordova and Pleasanton, the LaManna brothers have combined to produce excellence in boat ownership. If a quality scale runs between 1-10, the professionals at Nor-Cal have collectively earned a10+. Our expectations were exceeded by a significant amount with each juncture of our transaction. Rick LaManna, COO: a culture of superb customer service must begin at the top and then flow down throughout the organization. Might you imagine the head of the Rancho Cordova operation actually calling a potential customer from out of state, while visiting parents , and then executing the entire sales transaction personally, by himself? This executive both loves his job and his company and, as well, his customers-to-be. Bill Bellamy, Finance Manager: this executive makes one feel as if he/she were the only customer on Bills radar screen. He is accurate, accommodating and caring. Shawn McGrane, Brokerage Manager. We have a pontoon boat to sell as the new Bennington comes into our family. Shawn is both professional and engaging and truly knows his part of the business. He is enthusiastic to serve customers. John Ramus, Director Of Service: when John learned our outboard motor was going to be operating at 5,500 feet altitude, he immediately saw a red flag. John did all the calculations to spec out the correct propeller for our use in the mountains and ordered it immediately. This will save a potentially horrible first experience with our new boat, had John not come to our transaction wanting to fix something before it caused an issue. So many dealerships, of all types, carry a negative reputation in dealing with customers. Nor-Cal Mastercraft is the absolute antecedent of this picture. This group of professionals can be trusted to serve you well, put your needs first and be 100% responsive to your potential purchase! We recommend this team with no reservations. You will be impressed and thrilled! Wendy and Doug Cords Fresno, California

On Fathers Day, my family went out for an afternoon of fun with NorCal Mastercraft called Surfin Sundays located at Crawdads River Cantina in Sacramento. A new event which allows all ages and all experience levels to get out on a new MasterCraft boat and surf. Yes, surf behind a boat.... We first arrive to Crawdads and were greeted by Chris from NorCal MasterCraft. He had his own section set up specifically for Surfin Sundays where we hung out before we went out on the boat. With it being Fathers Day, Crawdads provided a buffet lunch that was delicious. When it was our turn to go on the boat we were introduced to Brodie and Mike. Brodie is a professional wakeboarder and would be our instructor for the afternoon of surfing. Mike was our driver. My dad who has never surfed before was able to get up (on his second try, although the first was pretty close) with the help of Brodies instructions. As he was surfing behind the boat Brodie was able to give him some additional instructions on stance, feet placement and where to turn his hips. He was very helpful and very encouraging. It was my turn next and even though I have surfed before and feel like I know what I am doing Brodie was still there to give me some additional help. We took turns rotating who was surfing and the afternoon only got better. When the afternoon ended, we walked away raving about how much fun we had and how that would be a Fathers Day to remember. I HIGHLY recommend getting in touch with Chris at NorCal MasterCraft to experience Surfin Sundays. I have been surrounded by boats my whole life and no dealership has ever offered such an experience like this. With Surfin Sundays you dont need your own boat! NorCal MasterCraft will set you up and get anyone you want out on the boat. Now go check them out! You wont want to miss this event!

I am completely new to the Boating Scene and had the pleasure of meeting Shawn McGrane once down at Crawdads to view some new Mastercrafts, and once a week or so ago at the Rancho location to view the newly released NXT 20. Shawn offered me an opprotunity to attend one of their complimentary "Surfin Saturday/Sunday" events to get a better idea on how well the boats perform, and to try Wake Surfing for the first time. Today August 9th, i met the Surftin Sunday staff at Crawdads and we went out on a brand new X30 equipped with the Gen2 surf system and had an absolute BLAST. The staff were great, very helpful, and with flawless instruction from none other than Brodie Chaboya, and Katelyn (please forgive me if i messed up your name), i was able to get up on the surf board after a couple of failed attempts. I am so hooked and can not wait to purchase one of my own! Big thanks to Mike the Norcal Rancho Cordova location Service manager for his expert driving skills all day. Yall got a great team, keep up the good work!
