I have never ever been treated so badly as a customer. Vanessa spoke to me in a very sarcastic rude manner. She stared me down which is so rude and kept smirking. First of all there is no reason to smirk when a, customer, I repeat , a customer is told 4 times that my 20% coupon wouldnt work. I told her that she kept repeating I cant use it. Then she sarcastically said , " I can tell you five times". This is all in front of the manager how she was talking back to me while speaking with the manager. I said is this how you speak to customers. My fiance was with me and she couldnt believe how rude Vanessa was. In front of Jonathon the Manager too. He just didnt say Hey listen I am handling this now. He just kinda went uh uh yeah she shouldnt. I am calling Nina at Corporate. Again I wouldnt shop there. All I wanted was a pair of shoes with 20% coupon from retailmenot. Its not like I am breaking Big 5 bank with a 20% off coupon. The manager could have said we can do it this time but next time you need to have the bar code. I get it, I cant use my coupon. But it was Vanessas attitude towards me, a customer. I cannot believe how this girl is even behind the counter representing BIG 5. RUDE RUDE RUDE. I wouldnt put a star on this but you have to put 1 star at the least.

I went to buy shoes, and Andrew gave me excellent service. I needed extra help, as I recently had hand surgery, and he went above and beyond what would be expected. I will be going back to this store and seeking out Andrew again.

Employees at this location were not helpful at all, very unfriendly as well. Not only in person but also over the phone. I wouldnt recommend going here unless you know exactly what you want and have already done your homework.

I went to get 3 volt batteries and they had them all in the wrong spot and said they were a different price and the batteries were worse than the ones I already had bad costumer service

I watched a manager speak to a handicapped customer like they were stupid it was disgusting. If thats how the managers act it only makes sense the employees are just as rude.

Worst place ever to buy a firearm!!! It took me 4 days to pick it up. And they are super rude!!! You better off going to a local gun store and buying it there.

Have been going to Big 5 for 15 years today was the best experience Ive had. They had my size on sale in Skechers and Andrew the salesperson was super helpful.
