Im happy to express my satisfaction on the recent computer service that was done on my computer. I want to highlight the excellent customer service of the three people who made sure everything was done correctly and most promptly. Danny in customer service, who answered my initial phone inquiry about services was excellent. He was polite, friendly, eager to be helpful and demonstrated detailed follow-through on his rating of services to meet my needs. He also demonstrated follow-up by calling me to keep me informed once the service had started. Dan, the technician who serviced my computer was excellent. He was detail oriented in his approach to repairing my computer, and he was able to answer all of my questions, and did so with diligence and patience. Ronny, the remote technician who assisted me with the remote installation of AVG Antivirus software, was equally excellent. I will be very happy to highly recommend Tech2U to all of my family and friends

I have to say that the staff there are very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. You guys had my bad hard drive diagnosed the same day I brought it in and gave me some good options. Im just very grateful that you were able to save my data and get me back up and running so quickly. I always recommend your company to everyone I know.

Wanted to say thanks for sending out Scott to fix my computer problem...he was extremely knowledgeable, personable, patient, and generally was great... I asked him tons of questions and he had all the answers and fixed the Quickbooks problem in being able to get it up on the full screen...he figured it out... Absolutely garbage, came in with my computer having problems. they ran a few tests on hardware. left paying 45$ for just a SCAN no recommendations and having the same problem I came in with. waisted 45$, Gas money, and waisted my time. Im still having these problems and the only support and help I got was" install graphics card drivers" and "reinstall windows" which Ive donever both and didnt do anything. Would not recommend this to anyone.

As a baby-boomer who has embraced the computer world, it’s the “glitches” that are frustrating and require someone like you who takes the time to “simplify” the fixes. Tech 2U is a life saver! I took my computer in with a virus on it that had locked up my entire computer and was bribing me for money to release my data. Tech 2U was able to get the virus off of my computer and get all of my data unlocked. I highly recommend this place if you need true professionals.

Really great customer service. These guys are here to help you, not take your money. My toshiba laptop stopped holding a charge. Turned out it was a faulty charger. The guys were super friendly and helpful and replaced my faulty charger for a decent price. Thanks Tech2U!
