Hello, this is the Roman family. We just wanted to take the time to say thank you to the good people down there at Xtechs in Orangevale; especially to Nick...the Jedi-tech master, who was able to restore and fix our laptop. We thought we had lost almost everything that we had on our computer, including all of our ONLY family pictures and memories we had, which was devastating to lose. However, Xtech was able to retrieve EVERYTHING! Even though it had been deleted off the entire computer. We brought it in and dropped it off on a Thursday and was able to pick it up on Saturday. The cost was great and the service was friendly, personal, and professional. Thanks SO MUCH guys.
