wont go back again! time before last he pushed the time slot i scheduled a week and a half eary back because he had a sale and they were larger sales last time after a car break in (due to me not setting my alarm) his crimop connection on my starter wire pulled apart (after looking at the connector he had crimped the plastic and miised the wire!) went in and scheduled a onsite repair cause my car wouldnt start he told me he would be there. in his words "he would fix it even if it tokk till midnight" that was at around 1pm afternoon he didnt show up or call. i will never go back!! tired of being lied to

I wont do business here again! Not happy! I had a 5 channel amp installed. 4 door speakers installed. Sub hooked up Instead of doing the job right they ran all my door speakers off my deck and not the amp. Left factory tweeters hooked up and pops out when I turn up volume. Also a piece of trim on my door panel was cracked from install and they never mentioned it. Makes absolutely no sense at all! And I inquired about a job over a year ago. Has nothing to do with that and everything to do with business ethics!

Sold me a defective laptop with a bad hard drive! Yet they only cover software issues! Buyer beware. Never purchasing here again and warnings all my Yakima friends not to buy laptops here.
