Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. They really go out of their way to educate customers on pet nutrition and make sure you get the best for your cat or dog. They genuinely care about your pets health. Corporate places like Petco and Pet Food Express dont invest in their employees, only care about their sales numbers and sell mostly unhealthy garbage food full of grain and unknnown animal byproducts.

This place has great customer service. They are always friendly and you can return almost anything if youre not satisfied. Theyre a little more pricey, but the service is so nice that I am a dedicated customer. They also have a good place to wash your dog.
