After going in the store and stepping in dog poop that was on the floor inside. I asked 2 associates if the could help give me something to clean out the grooves of my shoe. They just stood there and said they dont have anything when clearly there was paper right in front of them. Worst customer service ever. I always come here and I am also in customer service and go above and beyond to help any and all clients. Sad Saturday crew working up front.

Never had a problem with this store, the staff always friendly. Until one night, December 14th 2015 I was discriminated against by the "Manager" Jennifer who refused to help me. Ive purchased almost $200 in pet supplies and pets. Ive used the grooming also. In the past I purchased all 5 of my Parakeets from this Pet smart in Pinole. I have not heard back from anyone concerning how I was treated! I will never shop here ever again!!!!!!!!

Eh its good but the fish you could tell are in agony some are even dead and they do not take them out of the tank for cleanliness. the birds are in bad condition most of the time and tiny enclosures for the snakes. The snakes have barely any room to be in and the birds are picked at and beaten up. The rats and hamsters are in itty bitty cages with little running space. Terrible. The supplies are good though. So are the staff.

Turned our dog away from just getting her damn nails trimmed because we didnt bring enough papers. I love how we need a license and registration to be allowed the privilege of grooming services at PetSmart. Sometimes its better to follow the spirit of the law, guys, if not the letter. We were planning on buying more items in the store but walked out empty-handed instead.

customer service is horrible and the groomers book appts but threatn you at the time of appt to bring your dog in earlier because they want to close early for the day. it is just horrible service and the worst supervisors who allow this to happen. will be taking my services elsewhere

They have everything and its only $25 _35 for a bath plus ears anal glands nails and a real good brushing. When you get your dog back he looks like hes had a hair cut and oil on him. Brain is the best groomer, hes good with pit bulls.

Customer service was a bit off. I was trying to look for more harnesses for my dog and no one was willing to help. So i just got a leash and left. Its location is prime and parking is never an issue when I go.

I only go there for fish or turtle stuff, the turtle selection is ok they have enough variety. The fish variety is ok but they dont take care of them that well. Allot of dead floating fish/sinking fish.

I just know the Groomers are really good with the animals and My wont let anyone grim her nails but she lets them with no problems and thats a blessing I tell you lol.
