Very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with my dog and they were going to close in 15 minute but they let us in to wash our dog who had just gotten sprayed by a skunk. I had called her usual place that I take her but they still had an hour before they closed and would not take her. So 5 thumbs up to Pet food express. Thank you for caring.
