After a pretty good first grooming experience, I went back because the staff had been so friendly. Unfortunately, they sliced my dogs snout, did not notice, and she ended up not only bleeding but getting an infection. When I called to better understand what happened and let them know that she had a cut, both the groomer and the managers first reactions were that this happens all of the time and that they couldnt have known about it because the bleeding happens after the dogs leave typically.... As someone who has had dogs groomed for the past 15 years, this was the first time I have EVER had a cut on a dog, especially in such a sensitive area. The most important, and disappointing, part of the experience was the lack of concern for the animal. The store offered a discount on the next cut, yet after their inconsiderate reactions, it would be inhumane to bring her back. A very very disappointing experience. I understand there are a few groomers there that are much better, but please be careful when considering them.

Only four stars simply because they didnt have a purple leash set Im looking for. As a matter of fact, I havent found it yet on any of the other Bay Area pet store either. I started looking online, but so far, the closest thing I could find is a Lynne Ellen Designs alligator in a mauve color? Something like that, which isnt the same thing, but pretty close. I havent received a close-up shot of the item yet, Ill update you. Anyway, props to the excellent selection of organic foods, treats, etc. at Bow Wow. Theyre really cool! They also have one of the largest selections of leashes. Didnt find what I wanted, but came really, really close.

My dog has been coming here for his entire life and thats almost 10 years. He was a little shy at first but everyone there is so patient and welcoming and that he loves to go there for his monthly grooming visit. Is always at me and ready to go on time. As an added bonus to this awesome grooming to Sellitti, I also have a great retail space in the front with absolutely everything that you could need from training aids treats food supplies and clothes! I refer everyone I know here and I couldnt think of going anywhere else

The most amazing grooming experiences for our dogs. They pay lots of attention to the dogs needs, and confort. We have been going to Bow Wow Meow for 5 years and would not think of ever changing groomers. The store has all the items you could every want to purchase. The staff is AMAZING and very informative and helpful. Always willing to help and answer all of our questions. They understand Customer Service. We love Bow Wow Meow. Dean

Being new to the city, we were worried about finding the perfect groomer for our dogs but I can honestly say that Bow Wow Meow is the place to go! I have two Boykin Spaniels who were groomed just today and when I picked them up, I was thrilled. They look and smell great! The staff here is super friendly and very helpful. Rusty and Huck will be frequent visitors for sure. :)

today I had my dog groom at bow wow meow and notice that they cut off the back pad of her paw and never said anything to me when I picked her up. this grooming place is so wrong I had to bring my dog to the vet and they put her on antibiotics . This IS SO @#$% WRONG!!!!!! My baby is in pain and terrified now.

In this petshop, the fish tanks are clean, you could clearly see the fish in the tanks. I am relaxed at the sight of fish swimming and seem to be playing around their makeshift underwater world. They look very healthy and happy. This just shows that pets here are well taken cared of.

Love this place. Had only sent Sadie to the Bow Wow Meow in Menlo Park and yesterday we had to get our little 7 pound pooch shaved down because she was so hot. The were able to add her to an already crazy schedule and she is so much happier! Thanks guys
