Went in yesterday to get my cat Blue Cat Wild cause he loves it and was helped right away! The cashier asked me if she could help me right as I walked in the front door and took me right over to where the cat food was. A few minutes later another employee asked if I had any questions. As I was checking out Trent(The Manager) talked to me about my cats needs and suggested a new food that is in powder form and all you need to do it add water. My cat is missing teeth because he is older and the product should be perfect for him. Trent also suggested that I try goat milk for my cat and my cat Blair loved that too! Trent was extremely professional and knowledgeable! This will now be my GO TO place to shop for my doggies and cat from now on! Excellent Manager and Staff!

Came in to use the Self-Service Pet Wash to bathe my two dogs on one token this afternoon. Bummed that this location didnt have the shampoo /conditioner working with the warm water sprayer. Had to manually apply the provided shampoo and conditioner on the dogs (this extra step slows down the bathing and rinsing process), but this location did have a bowl of "help yourself" dog biscuits by the towel and trash bins to make up for this inconvenience. This one is smaller than the Burlingame location and much wetter (caution signs, puddles were on the tile floor and on the bath tub counter areas). As always, the staff were friendly and welcoming. A couple of the sales clerks came by, greeted and talked to my girls as we walked in.

My wife and I just got a new kitten. We lost our previous cat 7 years ago and it was just now time to get a new one. My first time to ever have a kitten and I have had sooooooo many questions. The staff is great. I never felt rushed. They have been very helpful. I can tell they really care about the animals. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Pet food express is a wonderful business. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and passionate. They have amazing products and customer service. They always have great advice. The stores are pristine and some have a puppy bath station for $15. My first time there the girl helped me bathe my dog for 30 min. Best place to buy pet supplies.

Kind of a small store with high quality animal products, friendly staff, and a self service dog wash. I have found that their dog food is marked up compared to the same brand at other stores so I have started going to PetClub instead.
