I called looking for a particular brand of pet hair broom, they didnt have it (neither did PetCo, PetSmart, PetClub, or UnleashedByPetCo), but were incredibly helpful, describing the similar products they did carry, offering to find out if they could order the particular broom for me, and offering suggestions I hadnt of for locating it at other stores. Though I didnt buy anything, I can tell you that their great customer service alone would bring me back to this store!

Lynn and the other folks at The Pet Place all do a fantastic job. Always friendly and helpful, and with an excellent selection, this store cant be beat. I always come in with my baby in my arms, and Lynn always help me lug my giant bag of dogs food out to the car. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality products and fantastic service from some great folks.
