Every time that I come here I am astounded by how wonderful my experience is. Not only did I find my puppy at an adoption they hosted, but they have taught me so many things about how to effectively raise and handle him since then. The staff really understands animals, and they are so compassionate and willing to share their bounty of knowledge. They also have some amazing deals. For example, when you buy 3 cans of wet dog food, you get the 4th one free. Even better than this is that if your dog doesnt like the food, you can come back to the store and exchange the can of food for a different one at no additional cost. This place truly stands behind their products which is so important to me. I absolutely recommend you come here for your pet needs. :)

This place is the best, full stop. They have a sign posted on the window detailing their commitment to your pet. They maintain very high standards and are responsive to customer concerns. Besides all that, they offer a great discount: buy 3, get 1 free! Im not sure if there are any restrictions on that offer, but Ive never run into any. Finally, their customer service is amazing. Everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and helpful and they are all pet lovers. Love this place.

I brought an abandoned newborn kitty here after finding it on the streets of Mountain View and the staff here helped me feed it formula and keep it warm. One of the employees actually adopted him! This was all after going to the shelter and being turned away due to the cat not being found in "their territory". I will definitely be returning here for my pet needs, as the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful!

We got a discount coupon from the humane society so we decided to check this place out. The people are very friendly and were able to help us decide what we needed for our 2 new kittens. The name made us think this would be a tiny place with just pet food, but theyre actually mid-sized and have the full range of pet supplies including litter boxes, cat toys, scratching posts, and pet carriers.

Great customer service, awesome pet products, self-service dog wash stations and buy three of one type of item to get the fourth for free (food, treats, toys, etc). Saturdays and Sundays they will often be hosting adoption events with a dog rescue nonprofit.

Great spacious store! Employees are very helpful! The dog wash area is huge and nicely separated from the store. Nice sized parking lot in front and extra parking around the back. Plus, they do a lot of adoption events at this store!

This small shop is loaded with the pet essentials. We adopted our dog here and have been coming back ever since. The pricing is great for a lot of treats and can be much less than the big box stores.

Great place to take my dogs to give them a bath. I can do both dogs for one token - $15. This gives me 25 minutes of bathtub, water, shampoo, conditioner and towels!
