Bad experience at grooming salon, wont go back. This location is convenient for me, so I took my dogs here for a nail trim. The salon is dingy and the employees seem sullen. They would not groom one of my dogs because of the medication he takes for epilepsy. This is apparently a corporate policy. Before they would take my other dog back for her trim, I had to sign paperwork that in case of emergency she would be taken to Banfield Animal Hospital. This is their in-house vet of which I would never voluntarily take my pet. When I returned to pick up my dog, the employee told me in a rude manner that I wasnt supposed to leave the store while she was in the salon. This doesnt seem reasonable. All in all I was disappointed in the salon.

I took my puppy here to get groomed and after a 4 hour wait (more than I was told) I returned to find they had just started my dog. The groomer spent less than 10 minutes with him and to be honest I could have done a better job with his cut and I have no experience. She also knew I was waiting outside the door and when she was finished with him she took him to the back and started on another dog despite the fact she knew who I was. Can we say lacking customer service? I was also told nails would be trimmed and they were not. I will never go back.

The employees working here are very polite and caring. They have always been able to help me with any shopping needs I may of had. However the management at this location is absolutely horrid. The one manager I had to deal with was absolutely dreadful and heartless. If you are going to shop at this location and have any problems I suggest having a low level employee help you. If that is not possible then I wouldnt even bother with management I would go straight to corporate, which Ive had to do twice now.

Everyone is so incredibly helpful. Even when youre overwhelmed and have no idea what to get when you just adopt a puppy for the first time, they were patient and so helpful youd think they were working for commission lol. The return policy is great too, 90 days with receipt even if the food has been opened our the toy was utterly destroyed in 2.2 seconds lol. This has been a great place to being my pup and purchase things for her.

Workers knowledge here is ok dont know to much beside what you can read in a book... Managers here are rude and suck I dont even know why they work here. Customer service was bad no one tried to help me or even said welcome. I mean if you look like you dont want to work here and walk around looking mad why be here? Even my son and nephew said it was bad.....

I had an appointment booked in advance for my dog to be groomed at 7am, the morning of they called telling me my dogs groomer needed to go to urgent care and left us high & dry with no other options as to how or when I would be able to come in & get my dog groomed. Poor customer service, along with no consideration for customers time or business!

This is a pretty good location. Only downside for us is that they had a limited selection of cat litter boxes when we needed another temporary one and we havent interacted with the staff much outside of the register transactions. Everything is clean, plenty of parking out front, and good selection of most items youd expect.

We bought our dwarf hamster from here. The employees were really nice and helpful. They answered all our questions and were patient as my daughter looked for one she wanted. I would recommend this place if you are interested in purchasing a pet from them.

PetSmart is a national chain. We like them more than the other National chains though because they are more committed to animal protection, training and adaption. This shop is at the landing and right next to target. Huge parking lot. Friendly staff.

Large PetSmart with a great selection of items which also has a Banfield Pet Hospital located in it. The Banfield Pet Hospital is also open on Sundays which is fantastic as most Veterinarians are not open on Sundays.

This is a pretty good Petco that has frequent pretty adoptions and a vet inside. The location at the landing makes it very convenient if you need to do some grocery shopping of pick up office supplies.

I was very happy with the service and the skill. They Lady who cut her was very friendly. Sasha is a Rott and can be a little hard to handle but with the groomers skill it was no problem,.

Good products and tons of deals, especially if youre on the mailing list. They have shelter cats from Arlington Purrfect Pals, and sometimes adoption events on the weekends.

Had a return which was processed in a timely manner. Love that they have cats that can be adopted. Friendly customer service staff.
