I cant believe this Mike guy is the owner! Hes so rude. Have been in here several times over the last few years as I liket to try and buy local when I can. If you dont want to take his advice, he just shuts down and doesnt listen any further. I was looking for some low phospate, low protien foods for my kidney disease cat and all he kept saying was, that food is crap. Well, yes, I know that but at this point its just important that she eat and that it be one of the foods on this list. He begrudgingly showed me a couple, when I said my cat wouldnt eat that kind he just said well thats all weve got and walked away. I searched on my own for 10 more minutes and found a couple other foods that were on my list while he sat behind the counter and glared at me like I was going to shop lift or something. Also needed dog food, ended up spending $62.50 and he didnt even offer to help carry out the 30 pound bag of dog food to my car. Prices are no bargain either. You can get actual customer service for the same pricing minus the attitude at Mud Bay or even PetSmart. Were done here!

Absolute crap. Spent a half hour on the phone with a lady last week, trying to figure out when I could get my Golden Retriever in for grooming. She said they dont do large dogs in the morning because of the time involved, and I needed a morning appointment. She said shed just come in and do it on her day off, and I thought "wow, what service". I show up today and the owner is working the counter. He doesnt have the appointment down, calls the girl that booked the appointment, who says she never booked anything. The owner says he believes the girl, and theres nothing he can do for me. Absolute, 100% crap. I will be recommending all of my friends steer clear of this place. Professionalism is a lost art, and Ill dance for joy when one more "owner without a clue" goes out of business.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I will never recommend anyone or ever step foot in this store! Went in with my daughter to look at food for the puppy we will be getting, knowing the parents have food allergies. I asked the owner if most or all puppy food has grains in it. He told me yes and no then asked why, I told him the parents have food allergies so he would most likely have them too. His response, I wouldnt get that dog, get another one, why would you waste your time with a dog with problems. Ive been a dog groomer for over 12 years and have worked with a number of vets so know not only what Im getting into but how top care for the puppy. Ive never met someone so rude that works with animals in any way. Horrible customer service and manners

I went by the store today looking for a particular brand of food. I was snapped at and told extremely rudely we dont have that brand. It was an older lady and a young man who were working (the older lady did all the talking). The tone of her voice and the articulation she used were completely out of line. If they had had the food I still would not of bought it based on this ladies tone of voice. A correct and more polite response could of been as easy as; " I am sorry we dont carry that brand, perhaps I could help find you something that is equivalent!" Do not go to this business. A "family owned neighborhood pet store" should be KIND and INVITING, not rude and unprofessional! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Great little place , Always really nice . There prices are very close to any of the big pet stores . For example I buy wet food for my two cats here from time to time and its $1.19 here and $.99 at mudbay witch is across town , so buy 5 or 6 for a few cents more is totally worth it . Last thing , the quality of products are great. I like feed my pets a good quality food .

This place is amazing! I went in looking for some Beneful dog food. And the young man took the time to educate me what what I was really feeding our dog. He also showed me what he feeds his dog and thats what we bought. My dog loves it and it cost less than feeding Beneful. I am telling all my friends about this place to because its awesome
