Ive always received excellent service from Ideal Pet Stop. The manager Kirstin always goes out of her way to try and find the right products for her customers and the prices are very fair. If she doesnt carry what youre looking for shes usually willing to try and get it for you if possible (unless its substandard dog food). The shop isnt trendy like others but has quality products, good prices and great service which to me, is much more important.

Great people, really into pets. Small, personable, and with personality. Youll actually enjoy your pet shopping experience here. Theyve had everything to help us take care of our hamsters, kitties, fish, and now our Wheaton terrier. A little local jewel. Give em your business--then walk down the block for a latte at Cafe Vita or a great Italian meal at Pizuttos. PCC is right across the street, too.

Love this local pet store! They just expanded their space indoors and bringing in more products. The staff are always very helpful and friendly and theres always a dog welcoming you whenever you come in. They have everything I need for my birds, dogs, fish and hamster.

Knowledgeable staff helped us select a food for our terriers with grain allergies. Prices on food, leashes, and dog bags are better than Ive seen at the big chain stores. Pets welcome!
