Walked in today just to buy a bone and see prices. I ended up with so much more! The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. I really felt like they went out of there way, Michelle in particular. She gave me a bunch of samples for my pit/mastiff who breaks out from particular food to help see what works for him. I couldnt be happier! This was a stressful situation for me and she made it so easy I feel so much more at ease regarding him! Thank you so much! I will be coming here regularly! I also heard the prices were more expensive but that is not the case Mudbay is actually cheaper than the other pet stores!

Came in here yesterday looking for some new food options for my dogs, and Caitlin was SO helpful! She was very knowledgeable about all of the products, and took the time to explain not only the product specifics, but some background info on the companies, as well. Went home with a bagful of samples to try and see which one works best for my pets. Im so pleased to see a store that carries quality products and seems to really care about keeping animals healthy. Couldnt be happier with my experience, and will definitely be back!

I came in 40 mins before they closed yesterday. Ive never been here but thought I would give it a try. I wondered the cat section for a few mins looking at the cat food. I decided on a bag and some few small items I needed. I was not once asked if I need help or had any questions. By the time I was ready to check out, there was no one in site. I waited at the register for a good 5 mins before I left. The products were just what I was looking for but I dont think Ill be returning anytime soon.

Fun place to spoil your fur baby :) My dog is a unique "designer" breed, and I needed a bit of help finding the best food for my budget. Their selection of quality pet food is great, and the employees are friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Plus, the treat selection is the best Ive seen. A bit pricey, but it is about what is expected for higher end pet products.

Wouldnt buy products for our King Charles anywhere else. Always helpful and knowledgable. Recommended raw food when Bentley was a puppy and our vet is now recommending it. Also it is easy to try new treats and foods due to their excellent refund policy.
