6/9/16 Horrible customer service on this day. Early morning appointment after it had been rescheduled by PETCO . Caitlyn, who had the worse customer service and a rude attitude decided that she was not going to groom Coco because she said Coco showed her teeth. Cocos teeth show all the time because her lips dont cover them up. She said that because of that they could not see Coco anymore. She said that Coco had not been there in a while. Yes, i understand but that does not give her the right to assume Im taking her to the pet grooming place across the highway. A bit insecure about her job I would say. Plain out Rude. I always buy my dog food at Petco in Vacaville. No more. I guess i will try the "pet grooming place across the highway".

I bought 2 guinea pigs from Petco. One month later I find out that they both have lice. Guinea pigs only get lice from other guinea pigs so that had to get it from Petco. As Im bathing one of them, I notice she is very big around the middle. I took her to the vet only to find out that she is pregnant. So they sold me a pregnant guinea pig with lice. They gave me lice shampoo (which turned out to be flea and tick shampoo for dogs) and offered no apologies for selling me a pregnant guinea pig. They are impersonal and rude and I am now a Petsmart shopper.

Aside from the outrageous prices, I was most disgusted by the incredible amount of rodent droppings on the shelves where the dog food is stored. It was everywhere. I mentioned it to the clerk, and he said they were aware they have a mouse problem but that the traps werent working. Ugh! I bought some canned food because I had a coupon, but I cleaned the cans with sanitizing wipes ASAP. I will not return to this store.

Got my chihuahuas groomed. They took both of my babies in same day.. right away, great price, my dogs smell great and were very comfortable. The girls who groomed them were very friendly and informative. We shop at Petco all the time as well and services and experiences are always great. Thank you!

Prices are kinda up there but the staff has a handy coupon if ya need one. If you dont need the supply right away, order it online. Way better savings. Went for grooming and very pleased with pricing, timing and staff. Thanks team. My dog loves you and so do we.

Staff is friendly. They will answer any and all questions. They are willing to order anything you may need or want. They didnt have a type of fish I wanted and employee looked it up to see how much it would be to get them.

They have stuff that petsmart, pet club, an western ranch dont. I dislike the higher prices but if your pet likes one of those things only petco has, well youre stuck. But what good furrparent refuses that face?! Haha

Kids love it here. ThEy have fish, salt and fresh water to choose from. Turtles, lizards, hamsters, birds and cats. Good selection.
