This place is GREAT! Centrally located with the best prices. They have the expensive brands as well as the generic. You can find just about anything you could possibly need. Pet Club is like Costco but your your animals... when you go in there things are self-explanitory. If you cant figure it out on your own, your better off going to Petco etc where they over charge you but the service is better.

Disgusting. The fish department is full of dead and rotting fish. The tanks dont get cleaned, the signs dont get updated, the fish dont get fed. Most of the Bettas in jars are mostly or completely dead with thick clouded water. The birds are kept in a small unventilated room that smells so bad it makes you gag.

The only reason I come to this pet store is for the huge selections and unbeatable prices...there isnt a store cheaper that has all the name brands. But.....if you want a place with good customer service and stays open later than 8 p.m.; then this is NOT your pet store!!

Always crap service (if you get service at all), fish tanks are in appalling condition (ID quarantine any fish bought there for at least 6 weeks) and the aviary always smells dreadful... And no credit cards... really? What retail store doesnt take credit cards?

Terrible management! I purchased $25 worth of meal worms and one of the containers I purchased was empty. When I returned, the manager refused to replace the empty container. What a scam! No wonder this place is always empty.

The Fish department is is pretty run down and the fact that they dont accept credit cards usually makes me go elsewhere for my pet needs but they do have cheap prices on fish

Great Prices, friendly staff, and a huge variety of products. Plus, coupons are usually in all the San Mateo circulars to save extra $$$ and they frequently have samples.

1 they gave me fish with ick and it killed my crayfish and 2, the vaccines killed my dog but they denied it and now I had to buy another dog.
