One of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a floral delivery company. I went through an online website that farmed my order out to them. This was a sympathy order so I was expecting it to go off without any issues. I ordered on a Sunday and paid extra for it to arrive the following Monday. When I talked to the person that was supposed to receive it on Tuesday night, she didnt have anything there, even though I received a confirmation email. I called first thing on Wednesday and the website said they would call Everyday Flowers. Their response was that they left it on the porch and even took a photo. I asked them to send me a photo of the porch and I told them that it wasnt the right porch. After further review of the photo Everyday sent us, we found out it was the neighbor around the corner with the same street number. Everydays response was that they needed a picture of the recipient’s porch. The recipient wasnt home so she was going to take it later that night. When she got home, her neighbor came by and brought them to her and apologized for not bringing them over sooner. First off, the flowers had been sitting in the sun for two days, second, they were two days late and I paid for next day delivery. I let Everyday know someone brought them by and they in turn accused me of lying because we miraculously found the flowers before we could send a photo. I sent them a photo of the porch later but I really felt like I shouldn’t have to justify myself. They could go on Google maps and see they left it on the wrong porch. When I called the website, they were floored with the level of service I received. They gave me my money back as well as a future discount and they will be filing an official complaint against Everyday. I will NEVER be using such a horrible company again. The level of service is unfathomable. They never apologized for the mistake and then they called me a liar. Steer clear of these scumbags.

Beware, I had a negative experience with Everyday Flowers in Redwood City after a conversation with Victor, the owner. Unhappy with my already fully bloomed dark roses that were thrown in with light colored inexpensive mums, I inquired about fresher flowers. "No! This is the receipe of the order", he said. I was even willing to drive over to the florist to pick up new flowers and return the vase arrangement. Instead of focusing on my satisfaction, he told me he did not make money on these flowers. I asked if there is anything he could do since the flowers look like they were just thrown together like an end of delivery batch. "No, this is how they were ordered and that is what we put together." I told him I was not happy with them. He did not care, articulated an insincere apology, and rushed me off the phone. Everyday Flowers has bad customer satisfaction, focused on profits only, and argumentative. There is an upcoming international delegate meeting in which I am in charge of ordering flowers. The budget for flowers will be $2,000. I plan to engage Citi Florist. Great customer service, listens, and cares about his customers. Imagine that for $15 of replacement flowers, Everyday Flowers would have had a happy customer and potentially more business. Unfortunately, those who only focus on profits in a down economy loses even more business. LW

I have been using Everyday Flowers for the past 6-8 months consistantly. I love how they are a family run business and are always so helpful and nice. Victor has been more than helpful every time and meets my every need in flowers and balloons. I ordered all of the symathy bouquets and caskets wreaths for my grandmothers funeral and they were beautiful and touching. My mother kept many of the flowers to dry out. I have ordered many balloons and displays for family birthdays, and they always look perfect. We are using their business for our wedding in Oct and I recommend them to everyone I know. I have never had an issue with any of my orders, and I will continue to use them in the future. I Agree with phyllis 100%, A+

I have used Everyday Flowers a number of times and have been very satisfied with the service and the flowers. In fact, Victor the owner called me to let me know the flowers had been sent, which I really appreciated since I was meeting my friend for dinner that night. She loved the arrangement. Also, Ive often sent flowers to my daughter in New York and she has raved about the serviced and the flowers. A+ in my book.

Five minutes drive away from me, but the flowers were not delivered on time. I live in a Condo but apparently they think this is a Business! They said I was Closed on Sat and Sunday! What? We are never closed we live upstairs! Use the Call Box! We were home. Then days later got a call to deliver: took over an hour! We are 5 minutes up the road. Terrible!

Called and ordered a Birthday Bouquet for my girlfriend. Had it delivered to her work, needless to say it made her day! The bouquet was beautiful and weeks later still looked good. Definitely recommend.
