Horrific customer experience. Save your money and support a business that cares about your patronage. I ordered an Edible Arrangement for my friend for her birthday at her family-owned restaurant. The fruit bouquet was not received, so I called the Mill Creek location. The employee, Katie, had no proof of whom the driver spoke to, and said the bouquet would be delivered tomorrow, a day after what I intended. I expected accountability since the order did not arrive. I asked if I could cancel the order at this point because a late delivery is not what I ordered and paid $130 for and the employee said no. She replied, "Basically youre just beating around the bush about it but youre saying were lying." I talked to the owner of the store, Heidi. She did not apologize about her rude employee until I prompted her to. Heidi was also rude about listening to my side of the story, making excuses about how there was traffic in Seattle and could not deliver the arrangement on time. She was insulting, rude, inconsiderate, and had NO experience in customer service. I asked for accountability and she said, "This has never happened in the 6 years Ive worked here." This is not an excuse for poor behavior and lack of customer service. Work on a solution, and dont BLAME your customers because they wanted quality service. If you want to support a strong, satisfying business, avoid this place. Absolutely horrific.

The worst customer service and communication. My mom loved the fruit. They screwed up the delivery date, had an attitude and I had to demand a full refund. Continuing the bad customer service, they failed to tell me the product which I paid for immediately wont be refunded for 3-5 business days. With a bad attitude again and a demeaning tone acting like they are doing me a favor for their failure to deliver a pre-paid order that was confirmed. My mom thought she was forgotten on Mothers Day. Nice, really nice Mill Creek. Two different managers I spoke with in 4 days. Both bad attitudes. The mgr. on Sunday refused to give me owners name. ********** Following up. Three phone calls to them and everyone claims they are the manager. They also promised to refund my $ and only refunded delivery to date. They all 3 said the balance was processed and blamed it on my bank. 11 days later, still no refund, still lies from this company. Ive now escalated this to a claim with the payment company. Called to leave yet another message and there mailbox is full for every message box they send you to, while advertising for .30 seconds on each. Horrific company service and management. DO NOT SUPPORT this business. Sloppy business practices. Lies. Rude. Unethical. Errors non-stop.

I wanted to say how great this shop is I went to pick up an order for tonight and got back to my job and realized they gave me the wrong one. I called and she said I have yours here, I said I cant get back because of my work I will see if someone can pick it up with no luck I could not find anyone. I called back and asked how much to have them come and delivery to bring the right one she said she would take care of it. Thank you for understanding I love your arrangements and this in my book you will continue to have all my business! I cant wait to surprise the person it is for tonight. Many thank yous! Ms.Dale

The OWNER/ BOSS was sooo rude and disrespectful to me, she cussed and treated me horribly ! HEIDI needs a new job because costumer service is not the place for her . I will never go back , and now I think that place is horrible . You go there to buy over priced fruit for a loved one or someone special and for the OWNER /BOSS to treat there clients with such disrespect and being rude who would ever want to go back ? To be cussed at , called names ? By the owner yes this happened to me . It was the worst experience ever. So I hope I saved someone the trouble

They will not honor the damn pick up time you set up. I got there right on time for pick up and they they didnt even have it ready. Girl at the front asked me for 15 minutes. After the 15 mins, they still had me wait an additional 10 because they were scrambling to finish up the bouquet. I heard the girl in the back say, "I bet we got a lot of bad reviews on Yelp." At least they understand theyre doing a horrible job.

I have used the Mill Creek location at least a dozen times over the past 5 years, for advance orders as well as on a walk-in basis and I have never been disappointed. On the phone and in person all employees have been pleasant, personable and knowledgeable. The store is my go-to when I want to give a special gift.

I was disappointed because the balloon bundle I selected was not included with the package I paid for. Also my husband said the fruit would have been better as it tasted a little old. Other than that delivery was on time. Probably will not order from here in the near future.

Know what you are getting. If you just want fruit, go to the store and buy fresh fruit. I like them because the people are helpful and nice and have enjoyed the arrangements I have gotten for my wife on special occasions or just for fun. Better than flowers anyday

Love this place ... I am a returning customer once a year I receive..awesome service..an delicious baskets...I will miss this place I was told last year while picking up our basket that the owner was going to shut down...so they wouldnt be their this year..

Hiedi does a great job!I just had surgery and a friend of mine ordered in an edible for me, and I know it was just less than three hours ago thats prompt service thank you looking forward to eating it! Always have had good service in the past too!!

Ordered a dozen strawberries for Mothers Day and when my mother sent a picture of what they looked like when they arrived I was shocked. I could make better chocolate covered strawberries with my eyes closed! Very disappointed. Waste of money.
