I have been trying to get my couch fixed since September of last year. The customer service department just doesnt return calls. When they finally sent someone out, whom I thought was going to fix it, he said he was only there to inspect. That was in January. I only need to have the foam in the seats and back replaced since they lost their density in less than a year. Hopefully someone will read and revamp their customer service department and fix my couch!

Very rude saleman...Would have purchased then but came back later and bought from a different guy... Still got the phone number wrong and I had to do all the tracking..They made no effort to correct

Rather rude attitudinal salesperson. When she was wished Happy Thanksgiving she replies " thats not my religion," and "Happy Ramadan". What a jackass!

They have lost the Love Seat that we have already paid for. The follow up communication is very poor. The customer service is unacceptable
