MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL. THE SALES REP. WAS KNOWLEDGABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. SINCE I OWN SEVERAL STRESSLESS CHAIRS I DO NOT NEED TO EXTOLL THE VIRTUES OF THIS WONDERFUL PIECE OF FURNITURE. i DO WANT TO TAKE THE TIME TO TELL YOU ABOUT HOW GREAT THE DELIVERY TEAM WAS THEY WERE ON TIME AND SET UP EVERYTHING WITH OUT ME HAVE TO DO ANYTHING. THEY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND SOME THAT I DID NOT EVEN KNOW TO ASK. THEY WERE TRULY EXCEPTIONAL . THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.

Amanda was a delight to work with. However the sofa ended up being not the sofa I intended it to be. We had a misunderstanding as to the style and I ended up with a fabric that I love and a sofa style I hate. Part my fault for not double & triple checking the order before it was placed but thought I had made it clear as to the style I wanted. But the service was great, the time frame was perfect and Amanda did check to see how the order was progressing.

Our sectional sofa looks great! They really knew what size to put in our room as the sofas in the store can look different in your home. Only downside is that they do the design review in the store when they should be doing it in your home so they can show you exact measurements and fabrics in your homes lighting. Had to make a few changes to the design but everything turned out good. Will post another review if we use the warranty.

Sales associate Jill was quick and thorough; after a month looking for my living room furniture, I knew what I wanted as soon as I entered the store. Thank you! Fell in love with the highlands poster bed online but needed to see it in person before we were comfortable making the purchase online. The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The delivery time frame and communications were just as expected. Everything on time and as promised. Love the bed and looking forward to acquiring the other pieces in the set!

I love the couch we ordered and really appreciate the help our sales lady was able to give us in order to match pillows with it that we absolutely love. She was very informative on mattresses which we purchased too. Our new mattress is heavenly. Totally glad we decided on a mattress too.
