This shop is absolutely not recommended to anyone. I have bought expensive Ashley sofa set with these people. They promised 2 weeks delivery and it took them 3 1/2 weeks. Unfortunately, I got a defective sofa which has uneven surfaces and is tearing on the bottom side. I also had bought extended warranty which they sell by saying anything and everything is covered. Now it is six months after my first interaction with them, they are not showing any interest in solving the problem with sofa. I made nearly 30 attempts to go to shop where I always get one answer "Give me your number, I will ask owner to call you tomorrow". You never get a call. One fine day, I got in touch with owner who said he will personally take care of this problem. Asked for Invoice and Photos which are provided promptly. Now it is 2 and half months after all details provided, no response from them. Now they dont even respond to phone or text or no use of visiting the store. I have never experienced with such horrible service in whole lot years with anyone. I wonder how they are still in business. I totally agree with the level of reviews they are getting on yelp or google. A BIG NO NO of this shop, if you want a peaceful customer service for your hard earned money in case of any issues with the products!!! I am taking the next steps to deal this kind. Latest Updates: After writing above review, they responded and took the sofa for repair. It took 10 weeks (literally) to get the sofa repaired (I lived without sofa for 10 weeks, ha ha). Irony is, they delivered the repaired sofa (power recliner) without the power cord. Now it is 25 days, I still did not get the power cord and still fighting for that... still... I never realized I have so much patience to deal with this kind of crappy... Guys, understand we still have these kind of people in this world still doing business. I see store closing signs everywhere.. dont get into this mess.. honestly...

I loved a sectional that I saw in the Brokaw store, but within the first few weeks of delivery, I could tell that the set that was delivered to me was not the same quality. The seat cushions from the factory were not flush when placed next to eachother, so when you sat, there would be sagging spots in between them. After awhile, the springs could also be felt sticking out through the sponge. When I went back to the store with the cushions, the salesperson would tell me that he would contact the manager, but instead, would keep the cushion and never call me back. Eventually, I got in touch with the manager directly, and he told me to email him pictures so he could find out what happened from the factory., which I did, but he never responded either. Im sick of their runaround, and even though Im in the market for new furniture, Im not going to their stores again.

Terrible customer service. This Mr. Minh is like a Ghost. I been trying to talk to him to resolve an issue for over 6 months and he will not return my call. When I go to the store, hes never there. I guess small claims is my next stop along with a Better Business Bureau complaint.

They were having 50% discount sales on all a few days before black Fri. Since my mother was supposed to pay, she haggled with Fatima calling for more cut. She was patient and let us have more discount. The dining table chairs are comfortable and we use the round table well.
