Was shopping for a twin mattress for my daughter here last week. My husband and I had bought our queen mattress here a few years ago and felt the price was well worth the quality so we decided to go here for our toddler. The salesman completely understood what we wanted and respected our space, my daughter was very shy and he wasnt too pushy at all. We found a great bed for her, the delivery was free and came early in the three hour time period they gave me. They even took away the old crib mattress. We will definitely buy here again when it is time to upgrade our own bed.

Was shopping for my son looked at reviews and decided to try them out. BIG MISTAKE. Felt like I was at a car dealership. Old guy was pushy once I mentioned I was shopping for my son it was like hurry and show me the cheap beds and get me out. Went to sleep train down the road and sales person Heather really spent the time and gave me recommendations for how he sleeps, and seemed to fit him with the perfect mattress. Would highly recommend sleep train any day over Matthew mattress!!! Do your own homework and see for yourself.

I purchased my bed here a couple of months ago, and after sleeping on it my wife felt it was a little bit firm for her. I called Bill from the Vacaville store and told him what happened. With out bating an eye Bill had my wife and I come down and we tried a couple of his top picks. We ended up with the new Serta I-Comfort Directions Mattress, and it is amazing. Plus the free delivery and pick up of my old mattress was a huge perk. The price is always the best here and the people are great!

I have bought two beds from here. The old guy Bill is more then helpful and has always given me a healthy discount without even asking. The California King was my last bed and it is the best bed I have ever owned in my life. Customer service will keep me coming back

Very disappointed withe the level of service. Didnt really seemed concerned with what was best for me. I was told their prices were better but there not. The sales person got really rude when I told him I wanted to shop the sleep train store.
