Vince did his job. Problem with delivery - When? Do what? Have been on hold to receive appliances since May for my fridge. Stove also late. Subcontracting out is good for you ($$$$) but not me. Have always bought Kenmore (45 years) But the delivery service stink!! So sad! Gail OHern
