Saturday was my birthday and so my mom, best friend and I went over to Frontline tattoo in Oceanside for a walk in appointment, I got the artist Yngve Opaker while my mom got Clark Kent. Both were amazing, making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it and the whole shop making sure that we were okay and comfortable, the prices were perfect and my mom is especially in love with this shop after having a bad experience from a shop in Anaheim and being nervous on going to another shop ever again. I received three tattoos for now, my first was my lavender and bee piece that I put on my ankle thats fully in color and it looks way better than what I was picturing and from my reference picture. My second was the entire solar system (even Pluto) that goes down my outer forearm on the right side which turned out absolutely amazing, he drew it up beautifully and even tweaked a few things to make it perfect. Last but not least was my quote on my left upper arm right above the pit of my elbow, we picked a font we loved and was still legible and they made sure they picked the same font size as each other so it wasnt wonky looking, for this one I had him place the template on me three times before I loved the placement (I felt awful) but I appreciate him doing that as much as I can be appreciative. I definitely recommend this tattoo shop and these artist to anyone that wants a tattoo my experience was beyond perfect and I just wish I could have tipped more but my mom and I definitely will be going back.

In Mid-Dec. of 13 I brought my 16 yr. old daughter in to have her belly-button pierced. Jesse was very professional, direct and unassuming. He performed his work to exactness of detail and made sure that my daughter & I knew the specifics and importance of the after-work treatment. The shop is quite well decorated and the booths are roomy, also they had stated that the Mgmt. had just purchased three other salons. They planning on becoming an locally based expanding chain. We are returning there today Sat.1/4/14 to have them inspect her piercing and probably purchase another jeweled item for her to wear. I most certainly insist that any of you parents should definitely bring their teen-aged 1st timers for any piercing(s), youll be SO glad you did!

I got the outlines of my chest piece and right sleeve done at this shop and theyre great. Due to my work obligations I hardly have time to go out and get tattoos done, but theyre flexible with the scheduling. Ive had my work done by Yngve and both of my tattoos were basically freehanded out, which I thought was pretty impressive. Their prices are pretty good considering the quality of the work that they do. The owner of the store is pretty cool as are the rest of the employees. If I ever get the time to go do the things I want to do, Im going to get some more work done by them and get the rest of mine finished.

My tracing for 1/4 sleeve cost $500 plus tip. I went in for my fill in and my artist charged me another $250 plus tip. My artist was never there on time and when he was there he could never judge his previous appointments to allow them enough time before scheduling me. I waited half an hour once to be told he had another appointment in an hour and couldnt help me that day. Its pretty funny that all the bad reviews of this place are gone. There were about 10 three weeks ago about how unprofessional and overpriced these guys are. I give a 1-star because the tattoo turned out beautiful.

I came in on saturday as a walk in to get an arm piece done and i couldnt complain even a little bit. got it done by Dale and he did phenomenal. not even just good. yes it cost me $350 which seems very pricey, and it is. i promise this place is worth the money. very high care, very professional and inviting to voice your opinion. the artists make you feel comfortable enough to nitpick the stencil of your artwork. best tattoo experience ever. only con i would say is the wait. they take their time on their art.

I got a cover up on my hand. Walked in and asked to get a name just blacked out, dude suggests a wing, I say sounds good lets do it. Told me to come back an hour and a half later, i say good deal and come back an hour and a half later. Guy covers up my old one, treats me like family and sends me on my way. These guys are legit, and I love my tatt much more than a blacked out rectangle lol. Big ups to all the doggies who work this joint

Told me that a drawing will be ready, called me at 7 pm (which they didnt tell me what time it would be ready) went the next day and told me they didnt have the drawing because I didnt show( so they lied) once I was there, they said it would be another 5 days before they can assist me? Hmm very unprofessional

Clean, friendly, and fairly priced. I was a walk in even and they sketched it up right away and I was out of there in just about an hour with a Space Needle tattoo that Im in love with. The artist did a great job with all the fine detailing too. Will definitely be visiting again soon for more!

These guys argued with me over the placement of my own tattoo and when I told them I was the one who had to wear it, the artist (little piece of poop that runs body temple now) was disgruntled and did really crappy work and went way to deep on purpose. These guys suck.

Horrible service, no door greeting, no offer to help with anything or any kind of communication. When I finally asked if it was a appt. day only is when I got service. Even after that I waited 30 min and still got no service. So I left.

This shop sucks. Totally overpriced. I paid at least twice as much as I would of elsewhere and the work I got done was nothing like what the artist drew. My tattoo sucks. AND paid double for it.

I went in today 29Sep10 and the service was great they drew my tattoo on the spot and filled in the ink a little bit later. Very clean professional staff.

I got two tattoos here and had to argue with artist to get my placement. They did a terrible job and took forever. I dont recommend this place to anyone
