This place is horrible!!! I went in to get a nose piercing and a dermal piercing. The nose piercing was fine. But when it came to the dermal the piercing guy didnt know what he was doing. He left two BIG holes on my chest!! Its awful one hole is split which will take a long time to heal. He didnt care he said my skin was to thick wtf!!! The problem is that you didnt know how to do the piercing so you should have told me that in advance. He also told me I scar easy because I have scar on my face from a accident. They did give me a refund at the very least. I knew I should have never went there very unprofessional. PLEASE SPEND THE EXRA MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I would not recommended this place to anyone. Now im going to have to get cosmetic surgery done to fix that damage.

I got my first tattoo at Diversity. When I walked in I was immediately acknowledged and was directed to the person I needed to talk to about the tattoo I wanted. I was quoted a price and paid that price. While getting my tattoo the employees came to check on me because they knew it was my first tattoo. The tattoo artist was Mark. He did a fabulous job and I am very happy with it. Mark, my husband & I talked the whole time while getting my work done. That made me feel very comfortable. Before I left Mark made sure I understood after care instructions for my new tattoo. I will go back again. And Ive referred family & friends to Diversity and told them to ask for Mark. The shading is beautiful and the lines are crisp and clean. Thank you Mark!

When I went, this place looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks (grimy walls, dirty floors). The service was terrible, and the staff behind the counter was EXTREMELY rude. On top of all of that, my piercer seemed very rushed and my piercings (top & bottom naval) were pierced completely disproportional from each other, looking like crap. My piercer gave me no information on the best ways to care for the piercing and when I asked him for information, he told me to Google it. Overall, I had a pretty negative experience and if I could go back I would spend my money elsewhere.

Ive been here for my nose piercing for my 18th birthday and a few months later for my navel piercing. Both times were great! They were friendly, told me what we needed to know, and cheaper than most places I could find. The piercings healed amazingly and Ive had them both for over 2 years, NO PROBLEMS. (: Ive also gone with a friend to get her navel done, twice, and one of her tattoos and along with another friend to get one of her tattoos. Both of them had great service, the tattoo artist were friendly to them and me, and both did amazing jobs.

I wouldnt even give this place any stars! Me and my family went there to get piercings and it all ended up bad my boyfriends nose piercing jewel went and sank into his skin and his moms tongue piercing broke her tooth and now my belly button piercing has a hole . This piercer didnt even examen my scar to make sure it was ok to pierce and I spent $25 already I wish he wouldve told me before I spent that damn money !!! Dont ever come here! You will get a jacked up piercing just like us!!!

Went in a few months ago to get some piercings with a friend. I got my rook, which healed beautifully within a month. My friend got her belly button. Mark actually took the time to measure it out to make sure that when the jewelry was in, it didnt show any of the bar sticking out. Ill admit I was a bit jealous! He was really awesome, cut up with us, explained everything and answered any questions we had. And the pricing was really good. Definitely recommend!

I have been to diversity for every single one of my piercings, except for one, & I just recently went to get my tragus pierced, & then one of the employees suggested I do my frotal helix, & I am in LOVE! The employees there are very personable & give you the best experience possible. It is very clean (which is extremely important in a tattoo/piercing shop), and overall, just a great business...I highly suggest!

I got my septum piercing here and the entire staff is so chill and my piercer was so awesome!! the same piercer pierced my cartilage a couple months later I got my Double helix pierced and it was beautiful and the healing process went so smooth Im thinking of getting a tattoo and Im definitely coming here to get it

I was kinda Leary to get my nose pierced, but when I went in friendliness was all around and made me feel comfortable. The guy who did was AWESOME!!!!! I now have confidence in piercing other than just my ears! Heck, I just might get a Tatt!!!! If you are a nuby...this is the Best Place MOST DEF!!!

Got my snakebites done about 3 years ago & they healed very nicely. I have to admit the balls fell off 1,000 times & i had to repurchase the jewlery but I was probably just being careless. The prices were kinda high for my taste but I had a good experience with Diversity.

My friend and I went in and got matching tattoos (which was also her first tattoo) and everyone was so friendly and our tattoo artist was so funny, light handed, and pleasant to speak to. I will be coming back again and again. Keep kickin ass Diversity!

Stone fell out of nose ring in less than 12 hours. Returned 3 days later (had to work and couldnt get back any sooner). Was told they couldnt do anything about it. Product sucks! Management was worse..."sorry..all sales final"

Service was horrible. I had to approach them to greet me as well and when I went into the piercing room the guy was hella rude. Dont even waste your time going in here they dont deserve any of the clients they receive.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Staff is very hostile. My piercing got infected and they screw it sooooo tight it swelled up. 10/10 do NOT recommend!
