Horrible experience!!! I have had my nose pierced twice, both times at Boulevard Tattoo in Escondido, and both times, the actual piercing took approximately 8 seconds. Quick and painless, both times. My friend wanted to get her nose pierced and we were near Absolute Tattoo so I just took her there, thinking a piercing should be the same pretty much anywhere you go. Upon walking in, we were greeted with an incredibly strong aroma of weed, which fine, if you smoke weed, its none of my business, UNLESS you are piercing my or my friends FLESH! The guy that did my friends piercing was stoned out of his mind and the piercing that should have been quick and painless took about 3 minutes!!!! My friend crying in pain with blood running down her face and into her mouth (the guy didnt even bother to wipe the blood until the assistant apathetically handed him a paper towel). It was horrible! I felt so bad. I told my friend that the piercing would be no problem, quick and pretty much pain free. She is sweet, so she actually paid him... cannot believe this. We will never do business here again!

Not sure if I want to get a tat done where the supposed tattoo artist gaff off the potential clients. Waited five days for this guy to do something after we had came to an agreement for me to call him back five days later so he could come up with something on a 1/2 sleeve, after 5 day of waiting in anticipation excited about getting a new tat, I Called and guess what he didn’t do a thing and had the f*&#ing audacity to ask me to call him back the next day so he can draw something up. Oh yeah that’s what I need a banged up rush job on my arm NO THANKS!!!! Shop around there’s plenty of other tat shops in SD that have way better customer service and not lame excuses!!!!…… if I am going to spend a grand or more on a tat you best believe I want some customer service. Thanks for wasting my time!!!!!!!!!

The customer service at this place is horrible. This place reeks of weed. I dont want no stoner piercing my body. I called ahead of time to make an appointment to come in. When I got there, they told me that the piercer left. WTF. Then I came back a week later to get my tragus pierced. I wanted studs but the guy refused and said he can only do hoops. Okay first of all ANY professional piercer should be able to pierce with anything, and second its a hole in my body so I should be able to choose what I want! Not only that but the costs are overpriced. If your looking for a good piercing shop.. I suggest going to Enigma.

After being turned away from several shops not wanting to complete my tattoo (must have been insecure in their skills) Tattoo artist Nick welcomed me and did an absolute killer job on my sleeve! So impressed with his work and the shop was super clean. Then I went over to Fella for a couple of piercings and it kept getting better...quick and painless with quality steel! I am so grateful to have been recommended to this shop and these guys! They superseded all expectations and to put the icing on the cake the price was surprisingly reasonable. Geeze, talk about the bums rush.....Worst receptionist in the freaking WORLD!!! totally ignored me as did the Tattoo artist except for Bud. He did a cover up for me a few weeks ago and did a really good job and I even gave him a $30.00 tip but, when I went in there today ( Sunday) to get another tattoo he treated like I was his red headed step child shined me on and said he was really busy...NOT! make an appointment...NOT! come back later...just nothing, so I left. I belong to an MMA Gym and its hard to find anybody WITHOUT a tattoo but I wont be sending them there. What a shame, its close to home.

Great place! I got a tattoo here tonight - there was an hour wait, but it was no big. The tat itself was a little pricier than wed thought, but because of the design itself, I can completely understand that. The guy who did my tattoo was a great guy, very friendly, and he did a fantastic job on the tat. We talked as he worked, and there was no blood at all. Totally recommend this place, even if you have to wait a little while. The rest of the staff was friendly too, they werent rude or anything.

I was nervous going to a new tattoo shop where i didnt know anyone but I loved my experience with the boys from absolute tattoo they were super friendly and super cool. I got a piece done on my chest and it didnt hurt as much as I thought it would the colors that the artist picked are amazing and 3 years later my tattoo is still looking beautiful, Im looking forward to going back to get more soon. Thank you guys keep up the good work!!!

Went in and was seen immediately. I got my nipples and nose pierced at the same time and they were fabulous. I had them done over 17 years ago and it was such an awful experience but he was fast, and made me feel comfortable. It hurt less this time then the first! Thank you so much and I have no pain in all three piercings next day! Much love and appreciation!

Me, my mom, my grandmother, my aunt, and my great aunt all went to get tattoos on a Tuesday morning. We had made an appointment. The artist was fantastic and funny too. We had a great time and the tattoos are wonderful. Easy to talk to, easy to get ahold of. Wonderful work and very professional. The place is clean and we all felt so comfortable.

SO DISAPPOINTED WITH MY TATTOO it looks like a little kid practiced cursive on my finger Im pissed and when I said something about it the guy goes what are you talking about and I think to myself okay maybe Im just over thinking it but honestly its HORRIBLE.
