I loved this place simply based on the fact that the customer service staff was hella multi-lingual as well as very professional. I prefer coming to this store over the other places that sell nespresso simply because I can get in and out and not have to wait behind a line of people wanting to "sample" aka get free coffee.

Sales people can be a little pushy with the products. But that involves giving you a lot of free coffee/espresso drinks so it really isnt a problem. Love the product and the store is very well put together.
