I had read the previous reviews but disregarded them simply because I was so excited to go try on dresses for the first time...BIG MISTAKE! I had called the day before to see if I could make an appt. and they said there was an opening at 4pm. I was going to be a couple minutes late so I called to let them know and the guy on the phone simply replied, "You know we close at 5." I pulled up and started to walk up to the store and the same guy is holding the door open, not to be nice but to hurry my mom and I along. He asked if I knew who was taking care of me (which if he was in such a rush he could have already looked up before I got there) and then decided he would do it himself (there were only 3 employees anyway, incl. himself). We sit and he asks for my style preference, which was completely pointless because afterwards he told me to go find 3 dresses that I liked. No suggestions or direction or any form of help. You are only allowed to try on 3 dresses and only have 30 minutes to do so, no explanation as to why the limit and he had an attitude the entire time. So I pick out 3 dresses but they are all on mannequins (fyi...not a huge selection at all, half the store is full of neon, puffy dresses for quinceneras). A second man removed them and put them in a very small fitting room. Then a woman came in to help me with them. They also do not provide slips/undergarments. When I found one I liked I asked for the designer, style number, and price. They told me the designer, wouldnt tell me the number, and then after 15 minutes finally "found" the price. I went home and looked it up, they completely lied. It wasnt even the designer they told me. This man was thee rudest man Ive ever encountered; PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

This was the most unprofessional group of angry individuals I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I took my Wedding gown in for simple alterations. I meant to take it to the other dress shop in the same parking lot, piel canel who my sister used to make her bridesmaids dresses and they were wonderful. But we got turned around and didnt realize till we dropped the dress off. When I got the dress home and took a closer look at my dress I was stunned. The hems were not sewn where the very sloppy cuts were made. They cut up the bottom of my dress making it uneven(which doesnt make sense since there was nothing requested being done there) and anchored a large piece down by one thread sewn into my Beading! I was so upset I took it right back and when the woman "helping" us saw it she said "Our seamstress wouldnt do that" and turned away. I was floored, she just turned away. I said "excuse me?" and another girl came up and said Well fix it but its going to take a week and a half because were busy. They were incredibly lucky that I went early enough for it to not ruin anything because if I was one of those other people whos dress never came, theyd see me in small claims court. The worst part is the bottom is still messed up but Im taking it to my dry cleaners to fix because she can actually sew. Im just glad Ill have my dress on the big day and I offer my sincerest condolences to those who had to resort to plan two.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! do your self the favor, i had pre ordered a dress 12 month prior to the estimated date just insure i gave my self enough time to fix any inperfection with the dress cause as we all know there is always something not right, but at this place is not something. ITS THE WHOLE THING!!! COMEPLETELY WRONG DRESS DID NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO THE DESIGN I HAD ORDERED OR THE COLOR. TO TOP IT OFF THERE SOLOUTION WAS TO FIX IT THEM SELF WHEN ALL ALONG FROM THE VERY BEGIINING WHEN I FIRST ORDERED THE DRESSTHEY MENTIONED IT WAS A DESIGNER DRESS ND IT TAKES WEEKS TO MAKE THE DRESS I DESIRE, WEL I GAVE THEM 12 MONTHS!! AND NOW A DRESS THAT TAKES A " DESIGNER" WEEKS TO DO THEY ARE DOING IT HOUSE TO FIX IT THEM SELF IN LESS THEN A WEEK "WTF???" SO WHEN I LOOKED AT THE FINSH PRODUCT DOESNT COMPARE MATERIAL DOESNT FEEL THE SAME BUT AT THIS PPOINT I HAVE NPO CHOICE BUT TO ACCEPT THERE DISGUSTED DRESS AS I WAS ON A TIME TABLE FOR MY EVENT, NEVER RETURN CALLS EITHER, IUPON MY RETURN I WILL CONTACT WEIGHS AND MEASURES, THE BETTER BUSSINESS BUREAU AND SMALL CLAIMS GET MY MONEY BACK AND HAVE THERE LINCENSE REMOVED. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place should have been closed many years ago, I ordered Maggie Sotero dress $2000 for my Wedding they made the whole wddding experience a nightmare! They tried giving the dress on the shelf they had on display, I told them no I had ordered a white wedding dress not the one on display, then they probably had their grandma sow up a dress that just looked like a 3 year old had made. I had to end Up taking them to court which I won. BUT THEY MADE A PITTY A$$ story that they were losing their home and they couldnt make payments. Customers beware

This Bridal Boutique made my custom dream dress I have always wanted since I was a little girl. I was more than satisfied with the results of my dress not only did they help me pick the appropriate material, but as well the colors to match with my dress. As well as decorating my hall and making my center pieces very beautifly using the colors of my dress. And the employees were always happily greeting and assisting me.

I ordered a dress from Bella illusions boutique for homecoming and I never received my dress. I contacted them and they never answered the phone or replied to any emails, and I wasnt able to get my money back . I ended up going to Dillards the day before homecoming to buy different dress.

Bad Customer service, never returns calls. I ordered an item and it was send incorrectly. She said that she could not refund me the item. I told her that I would call my bank and she changed Her tune. It has been a complete headache.
