Let me begin by explaining that I was drawn to the Lexus brand by the good folks at Consumer Reports. I was looking for a used Lexus IS 250 with the Premium Package and did my search exclusively online through the usual sites. (Edmunds, TruCar, Carmax, etc.) Having never driven or owned a luxury brand vehicle, I was inspired to do so by acquaintances who pointed to the used car market. My goal was to find a one to two year-old upscale vehicle for my wife who is about to complete a professional milestone. What better way to reward her than with a Lexus! I found my purchase online and was curious about the car so I sent a message to your internet Sales Manager, Mr. Jeffery Rawitch. He later called and we spoke about the car in question. Jeffery (I feel like Im on a first name basis with him at this point) encouraged me to follow-up on the application process to see where we could go. The next morning he emailed me and I began the process and arranged for a ride to Mission Viejo (a 2 hour drive) to see the car in question. Having always test driven and eye-balled vehicles up close, I didnt want to commit until I had done so with this car. This was my first trip to a luxury vehicle sales floor. Let me begin by saying that everyone I met was not only pleasant, courteous and informative, they didnt (excuse the term here) "shark" me as soon as I got out of my vehicle and entered the showroom. The South County showroom was extremely welcoming, especially after a 2-hour drive. The staff offered refreshments and treats, showed us where the restrooms and waiting area were, and continually asked if we needed anything. Jeffery walked me through the IS 250, explained all the features, and answered all my questions. Once the test drive was complete, I was on my way to owning my first Lexus. While I expected some back and forth with the financing aspect of the deal, I was shocked that I didnt have to do anything to find a great finance rate and term. SC Lexus found and matched my own Credit Unions rate! No after-market high pressure sales pitches either. While some warranties were tempting, at no time did I feel like it was a hard sell. The entire process was pretty seamless. After the car was prepped for final delivery, I was again provided assistance with the Navigation Screen and other features of the vehicle. A gentleman named Ryan setup my phone via bluetooth and explained in laymen terms how I could setup my wifes phone when I got home. While leaving the facility I felt like I had just left my favorite restaurant. I wish I lived closer to SC Lexus (the closest Lexus dealership in Valencia, Ca) so I could return more often to see Jeffery, Ryan, and the rest of the staff, just to shoot the breeze while my "wifes new car" was being serviced. Hands down, this was by far the most pleasant car-buying experience Ive ever had. BTW, the wife absolutely loves her new car. Best regards to all your staff at SC Lexus!

If i could give this dealership 0 stars i would. I will never be in this lexus dealership again, and i will also let everyone i come across to never get a car from here. The sales rep Amir really needs to figure out how to be respectful and not so rude and cocky. I went in on saturday with the intent to buy a new vehicle that day, i told Cram the first person i spoke to that i wanted to test drive the Lexus Gs350, and that i wanted to see how much i could get for my truck. He said they will not appraise it unless im for sure going to purchase today. He told me there were only a dozen in california of the Lexus GS350 AWD, they are rare and that this one wont stay long. Sales tactic i get it, i told clam i was going to look at some other dealers to see what will be my best option for a new car. He was not pushy and i went about my way. After 10 dealerships and 20 test drives, i decided that the best option would be to get the Lexus. I went back to the dealership the second time that day to make the purchase. Clam was busy so they gave me to the cocky, self-centered, and rude Amir. His attitude with dealing with me was something i have not dealt with ever shopping for a car. I do not know if it was because i was a younger looking kid, or whatever the reason may be, he lost the deal. Besides him being rude and short on me asking questions trying to understand the process, he sold me in a smart-alic tone that the truck could be appraised for $500. I felt insulted but i asked why did it come in low and he said thats just how we do it here. He told me to drive all the way over to Irvine carmax to sell it if i think its worth more then that, and that he could come pick me up to drive back and buy the car on the lexus lot. I told him that was a joke right? I explained how much i had in my truck to take out and his response was we will figure it out. I head over to Carmax to get my car appraised. They gave me $3000 for my truck, so that worked out great. So while i was there, i decided to look if they had a Lexus GS350 AWD, and weird they did. That was a coincidence. The year was 1 year newer and 10,000 miles less for nearly the same price, with a 5 year 100,000 warranty. I purchased that one on the spot and now i am loving my new Lexus from the gentleman who was very polite and respectful to me at Carmax. Funny thing is i did not even receive a followup phone call from Lexus, Amir, or anyone like all the other dealerships did for me. Amir should work on his attitude, because i will tell you, he lost a client with a great fico score, great monthly income, savings in the bank, and the want to purchase. I had the feel when i got to the dealership that everyone tries to act entitled, arrogant, and outright rude. Newsflash, you work at a car dealership selling cars, you should not act like you are different from a used car lot. Thanks again South County Lexus

Where do I even start?!? My wife and I flew down on Saturday morning and met Tim at the dealership at around 10am. This was Tims off Saturday and he came in just to help us out "at risk"! Tim pulled up the car and was all ready for the 20 minute test drive. The test drive was very engaging as Tim knew everything about the car and made it a great experience. He cut through the chase and went straight to the point and explained the differences on the F-sport package for the GS350. Anyone who wants to test drive a car, come and see Tim Tran now! After the test drive, we did a walk around and pointed out some things we found on the car. With no questions asked, Tim said he will take care all of the items we pointed out to him if we were to purchase the car. My wife and I loved the car as well the best priced in town, if not, the best in the entire California state! I have to say, the paperwork process with Tim is not your ordinary sales consultant you find from most of auto dealerships. Tim was quick, honest, straight forward, and stands by his words. We even had time to bullsh*t around and talk about Tims other talent besides selling cars. Believe it or not, Tim can draw your portrait in minutes while waiting for finance to finalize paperwork. He offered to draw our portraits and we took the offer. How many of you can say you had your portrait drawn while purchasing a car. Ill tell you now that only Tim Tran @ South County Lexus can do this for you. Thats why his business card says Tim "The Artist" Tran! I dont think I ever had in my lifetime the experience I received from Tim when purchasing a car. After we finished up the paperwork, Tim was already ready for us on taking delivery of our GS out in front. He did a last walk around with us and found some areas that still needed attention from the detailing group. He immediately drove the vehicle back and made sure the last touch-ups were made. Again, how many of you seen any sales consultant go the extra mile after the sale has already been completed? If it was at another dealership, they can care less about you after you finished signing papers. Thank you Tim! It wasnt over yet, Tim again showed us that we were great customers and gave us some goodies to take home. He even made sure we got our due bill on a repair that I didnt expect Tim to give us. Still not over yet! After we returned home, I noticed that there was something missing that was supposed to come with the car. Gave Tim a call and he took care of us once again. Im glad we traveled 300+ miles to purchase our GS350 from him. If Yelp offered 10 stars to give instead of 5, I would hit the 10 in a heartbeat. I want to make sure everyone is aware of his professionalism and expertise. Anyone who finishes reading this, please go see Tim Tran now for your new Lexus purchase at South County Lexus!
