I work in CS and I hate having to deal with angry customers. It is so annoying. And I am not one to make a complaint about anything at all but this has gone too far. In April, I went car shopping at this place. Found the perfect car, had amazing service. The guy, Juan, I believe that was his name, was genuinely trying to help me find the right car for the right price. And we did. 2009 corolla right at my budget and everything was perfect. Had a dent on the side, but ehh, it was used, I was okay with that. I have had no issues with the people there. Everyone is extremely helpful and very nice. Well after I took the car home, that same week, the breaks started squeaking. Took it back that week, they fixed the problem, no big deal. About a month later, breaks started up again, took it back, they fixed it again, but this time, I also asked to fix the front outlet because I had tried every single charger possible and it did not work. They gave me my car back, breaks were fixed and so was the outlet...so I thought. Got home, tried connecting chargers again, nope. That same week, breaks started squeaking again. Took the car back, told them it was the third time I had this break problem and that they did not fix the outlet. Got a voicemail saying that my car was ready and that it was normal for breaks to make noise. I understand that they will every now and then, but every single time I step on the breaks? Not even my 1996 dodge neon would do that. Not even my cousins 98 honda that has been hit so many times does that. Now tell me, does your car do that? Im sure that if their car has endlessly squeaking breaks, they would definitely not think it was normal. Im paying around 250 a month for this car that I absolutely love and an additional $9 that they promised me would mean that they would fix anything electrical on my car. Which brings me to another thing, the bulb for the AC knob was out when I bought it, I asked them to fix that too, they said I had to pay for it. When I bought the car, the assured me that EVERYTHING was working perfectly. I did not expect to be having these many issues with a car that I have not even had for 6 months. So here I am, breaks squeaking, a useless outlet, and burnt out bulb, and having to pay 10 grand. You better believe that I will be reporting this to financial services. All I asked for was a simple fix. Im sure that I can take this to any mechanic and they would get this done right the first time. This is beyond ridiculous. I will be reporting this.

We thought we got lucky when we started the process with Craig in sales. We asked for a 4x4 truck with navigation and preferably bucket seats and when we were showed a gorgeous red 2016 tundra we thought it was great. We were told the truck had a brand new type of "navigation" that didnt require an update so no SD card slot. But we were not told of all the negatives.... the Scout "navigation" 100% completely depends on not only your cellphone data but also carrier service. So, if we happen to forget our phone at home with the Scout app the "navigation" is completely un-usable and just becomes a radio. Not to mention if you take the truck into no mans land looking for a back road where there happens to be no service. This "navigation" is considered extra and we financed an additional $1,300 on the truck for it. What the $1,300 really gets you is an app on your cell phone that drains your data and battery. Honestly in the beginning I believed since it was so new the salesman and manager just didnt know enough about it to specify that it isnt true navigation so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But, when they blatantly lied to Toyota corporate about my husband and I having only 2G cell service to pass on the responsibility of why this "navigation" is junk I then understood we were dealing with down right liars. Not only do we have 4G, we have 3 separate carriers Verizon, AT&t and T-Mobile. All from which the Scout app drains data and battery and frequently stops working. We will have to now greatly increase our data plan and pay more to cover this "navigation" or simply use it as a monitor for the radio and continue to use the maps app. We most likely would not have purchased this truck with the knowledge we now have. We probably just would have kept our Subaru with true navigation. If I could have left no stars, I would have.

I would give these guys 20 stars if I could! A family member recommended I visit this place first and ask for Matt. I went in there with moderate expectations on the sales team, but very low expectations on what I would qualify for. Matt welcomed me like a sister. He was open about pricing and what cars had better deals. He let me test drive even before we ran my credit. There was no need to shop around at other dealers at that point. I was hooked! Once I explained my financial situation (which is less than desirable), Matt was very honest and told me that I would definitely be able to get a car, but he wasnt sure what I would qualify for. Credit was ran and he came back with good news. He gave me suggestions and provided me with ideas on various options. He broke it down so thoroughly that all was understood. THANK YOU MATT!!! Now time for the hard part: Which bank would finance me? Here enters Robert in financing. He was extremely friendly and optimistic. Lets just call him a miracle worker. Robert used his connections and got me a deal that I was not expecting in the least. THANK YOU ROBERT!!! I was there for 5 hours! Sounds ridiculous, right? Well, the reason I was there for so long was because Matt, Robert, Andrew and the rest of the finance team werent going to let me leave that dealership without a car. I drove off in a brand new TOYOTA PRIUS!!! My payments fell just under my budget with an extended warranty. They far exceeded any expectations in service and deals. If youre looking for a dealership with tons of options and employees that genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase, while upholding integrity, then go to Larry H. Miller Toyota Corona!

Okay listen up I have very ugly credit I mean like really bad ! I Walked in to this dealer Very sad down and out looking at all these brand new cars not thinking possible that I can drive one home when i was talking to the salesman all I can really think about is that Im wasting his time and Mine by even talking to him with my credit issue that I have before you know it I drive off lot in a brand new 2017 Toyota Corolla LE literally 40 minutes max paperwork signed car delivered and leave with my full tank of gas and 11 miles on my new vehicle! Im absolutely shocked! But the only issue I did have is that the salesman forgot to remove the dealer alarm from the car so 30 miles down the road me and my wife was planning on going to have dinner I turn the car off and it wont turn back on we had to sit in the parking lot for an hour and a half and wait for the dealer to come down to remove their alarm system so my vehicle could start again the gentleman who came out and helped of course apologized for the situation but I thought somebody from the dealership should have called and apologized are offered to apologize or even offered something for the inconvenience but theyve already done enough for me by giving me a new car so theres nothing really they need to do anymore they gave me a vehicle when I was in need ! it was a humongous inconvenience otherwise than that it is a great dealer and I would still recommend it ! will go there in the future to purchase a vehicle again Im sure on that ! Ill just make sure they remove there alarm before I leave lol . Thanks again Miller Toyota !
