*** STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Stay clear away from these people. Save yourselves all the trouble. Unless you want to experience everything from legalized extortion, lemon vehicles, being spoke to like a piece of crap, better yet a criminal, be strong armed, ripped-off, in-happy with the purchase of a new vehicle , I mean I can keep going. Lets just start at NONE of the cars photographed are in the same condition once you arrive, so forget about seeing the car you thought you were there to see. Then theres Richard and his 2 other stooge brothers Tony and Ralph. Tony youll barely see unless he wants to do something sketch to a vehicle or throw you off the property, even after spending $20,000!!!! But lets not forget Richard. The "owner", the man behind it all..... Lets just say its like signing your life away to the devil. He a sweetheart, up to point he has your cash and an approval from the bank. After that, forget it. You might as well be worse than a stranger that never met him in his life. With empty promises and him telling you, "youll get treated like family here my brother". Family that takes 3thousand dollars from you, on a $20,000 vehicle, that water pump breaks before we even have a chance to drive it off the lot. We spend 6hours there on Saturday with my business partner, after were begged to give them the opportunity to make it right on Monday , and they will deliver the car to us no later than 4pm on Monday. I didnt trust these people one bit, so I drive all the way out from west hills and am there for 12:30. The car is no where near what should be getting detailed at this point, and still has all the major components to the cars cooling system on the floor. So after their "mechanic" replaces the water pump, coolant, and coolant lines, its taken to a JIFFY LUBE, yes they take a RANGE ROVER to a Jiffy Lube for an oil change. Well apparently the Jiffy Lube people were smart they they were because they discovered and reported WATER IN THE ENGINES CRANK CASE, while dropping the oil for service. I come back with another family member "Michael" after the oil change to bring it to the mechanic and Richards attention, as well as the fact that the car is reading "Low Coolant" now. While Richard is telling me "this is normal, and the (you ready for this?!) car needs to learn and teach itself it has coolant. I drive over 80miles back home, after another 7hour stint in this dealership, to discover EVERY WARNING light came on 3 minutes into my trip, but far enough for me to be on the highway and it take me 45min to get back so I decide to pull off, shut the car off and contact Richard, hoping it would reset. I speak to him when I get home to inform him the low coolant indicator still had not gone off, the tpms sensor light was still on and that this was unacceptable. He told me let the car rest, fill it with water in the morning and it should go away. Well this morning came and that never happened. In fact, as Im telling him the car is at my mechanic being repaired for a new reservoir tank and TPMS sensors, hes telling me that the "bank decline the loaned based on phone interview" after my business partner just got off the phone with the bank and they told him everything is good... To now being harassment by the dealership, after they already approved our loan, saying the Loan has "been canceled" and they are coming to pick up the car , after it is now REGISTERED and in OUR LEGAL POSSESSION... THREATENING TO HAVE US ARRESTED AND WHAT NOT? ARE THESE PEOPLE CRAZY?! STAY AWAY!!

Seriously? Went in 5/7/2012 and looked at a car (Subaru). Like a previous reviewer stated, no one came out to greet me, even after I looked at the Subaru for about 15 minutes. I had to go in and ask for the keys to look at the inside. The car looked amazing, interior and out, the price was not bad either for the year and the miles. I thought, geez, I think this is the car! I asked if there was anything wrong mechanically with the car, he said there was nothing wrong with it and it was ready for me to take it home. Talked with them about possibly lowering the cost, might as well try...right? He said no, priced to sell. OK...fine, I still really like it and want it. Talked with my bank to see what I could get, turned out to take a bit longer than expected, so had to wait a day. 5/8/2012 I went in to take the car for a test drive; turns out the rotors were pretty warped, but I could deal with that, just get em resurfaced. But one major issue was noticed...the clutch was COMPLETELY burnt out. Once the car was driven over 10 minutes I could hardly even drive from a stop without the clutch slipping completely, I had to feather the gas in first gear just to get it to drive normally. Not cool. So I went to talk with Richard, the "owner" who really isnt the owner. I let him know the problems and what it would cost for the repairs if I were to have it fixed (Family owns an auto body shop, uncle is a mechanic, brother used to be a mechanic) and he immediately said, "No way, I can have one of my 3 mechanics in the back fix it all for 200 bucks." Which is absolutely bull-crap considering that WRX rotors alone are 150 PER rotor AND that the minimum for a clutch repair for an AWD car is at least 1000 bucks. I let him know that what he said is not possible. It was then that he got really indignant and sorta in my face about it, saying that if I dont get it, someone else will. Meaning, "You wont get screwed for buying a car you will immediately have to repair, but the next person who doesnt know anything about cars will, and ill make out like a bandit." He just walked out of the room and said, "Fine I will just void everything." I asked if he would be willing to adjust the price at all, he simply shrugged it off and said no. His whole demeanor was extremely rude, not friendly at all, not willing to work with anyone. Worst experience ever, seeing as 99% of the reviews on this place is bad, Im extremely glad I didnt purchase anything from this shady place. DO NOT TRUST THEM. By any means.

I wish I could rate less than one star. I called a day prior and explained to a sales associate that I would be driving 2 plus hours with cash in hand to purchase a late model Porsche Cayenne. I specifically asked if there were any issues with the car cosmetically or mechanically and was told "...no its super clean man". As soon as I pulled into the lot I was ready to turn around. The office was filthy, there was no where to park and there was mass confusion among the salesmen. I reluctantly decided to look at the vehicle and immediately noticed some significant damage to the rear bumper (deep gouges and the paint had begun to spider) additionally the front bumper was separating and the passenger fog light was hanging in place. As soon as I inserted the key in the ignition the car hesitated to start and driver information center displayed a check engine and replace bulb warning. Certainty not an example of a "Super Clean" vehicle. There were quite a few other cars on the lot I would have been interested in but the dishonesty at " All in Autos" made it pretty clear that if I purchased a vehicle here Id be regretting it in the very near future. Take your money else where!
