I only gave 1 star because I couldnt put 0. The service was terrible I wasnt able to come in and pay off my loan on the maturity date because I forgot. I called because I panicked and was met by a very rude man who made me feel like a total idiot. I would ask him questions and he would respond by "what did I just say?" Didnt I say that. I wanted to make sure if i had a 10 day grace period and just wanted a little reassurance he was beyond rude. Approach this place at your own risk.

This is one of the worst and lowest paying pawn shops in mid city/ west la. I definitely recommend no one comes here. You could walk in with a $900 phone to pawn and theyd offer you $60. Most staff has no knowledge about the items people bring in and some dont even know how to research items on the internet. Go elsewhere and get more money guaranteed

Make sure you pick up your item as soon as you can. I was one week past the grace period. I was told its too late to pick up my item even though it was still there. I offered to pay a late fee, but it didnt matter. Any other shop would have worked with me. But not these guys. Never going back again.
