I have not been serviced by Five Point Pawn - as of yet. But they are open today at 10 am and it is Sunday. I am totally broke. As a journalist student from Long Beach City College, it is financially demanding to have the proper course materials required. So that is my issue. I need a loan of about $500 U.S. for required materials for a photojournalism class. I own no jewels or precious stones, just a tablet and a smart phone. And I need those devices for school in general - What to do? Well, I hope they accept or Pauls Photo and I will be out of a deal. I will keep you updated and look for it on Yelp, the only way to Yelp!

First time using this place and probably my last. Spoke to a lady by the name Karina earlier in the day and she was extremely rude and not helpful. I called the day of my payment assuming they were closed because of holiday. She didnt try to help me at all. if Im not mistaking , its still a customer base business or at least it should be! I then called later in the evening and got proper help and great customer service from Jennifer . Thanks. Only giving one star because of the help from Jennifer. I recommend not goimg here.

I recently Visited this location to sell some broken gold, After getting a few prices (quotes) from various competitors, I decided to give them a try, I was greeted by Rosie and Karina and was asked what I wanted to do with my gold, they gave me two options to pawn or sell. They explained the difference and I decided that it better for me to just sell it as they would give me more money on the sale. Thank you for the pleasant and swift experience!

i have been using this place for yeas now because they pay the most $$ by far. but what really makes me come back every time is the outstanding customer service at this location. i have been to other shops where i feel like they are judging me, not this place tho they always greet you with a friendly hello and a smile.. If you want the most $$ and best customer service i recommend 5 point jewelry and loan . thanks again for the awesome service.

Was looking for a pawnshop in Torrance area that will give me high price for my jewelries, Im glad I found this shop! Great staff, theyre super friendly especially Jenny. And they do take care of my precious items. I tried the other shops around Torrance, Id say 5 Points is the best! They have a lot of good stuff too...

It appear the clerk I talked to doesnt understand English at all, when I ask her what kind of coin mine was, she keep saying "I cant tell you", where the pawn store right behind tell me "sorry sir, this is a fake", for anyone who wish to pawn things, dont visit this place, visit the other pawn shop behind it.

I brought over some nice quality jewelry. The person took one quick glance and said no. He didnt even thoroughly look at it. It was as if he was too busy and didnt want to spend the time on it. It was also brand name jewelry that is very excellent quality.
