I purchased two beats by dre studio headphones, 1 was a gift for my son the other was for myself. I first purchased the sol republic headphones because they were decent & at a cheaper dollar but if you know me I thought about an opted for the studio beats.note the beats where two separate transactions and I never left counter so never mind I wish to purchase the beats instead so I was then charge the remaining balance.Well my son wanted tour by beats earbuds.so I returned them received my credit.now I tried mine they didnt perform the way I wanted.so I repackaged them going to Verizon. Well they said I couldnt return cause I already made an exchange with sol republics and that these were open and unable to process and return.what should have happened the first transaction on my beats should have been canceled and recharged because I was not done yet.so I guess you cant return open items to Verizon?? ???so dont buy gifts at Verizon unless youre positively positive thats is what you want. Heres my gripe that manager a young woman was very very rude didnt want to here me out, I could say more but my mom would turn over in her grave.they sales people our very friendly people need study up on their work policies. I decided Verizon dosent need my money if this is the kind of management they need to stay in business. I welcome dsusd employees & Co workers with Verizon to research before its to late. The other carriers offer government discount also.15 years plus with Verizon wireless.

We were in Palm Springs for Desert Trip where I learned I couldnt fly home with my 2nd Galaxy 7Note just before the start of the final day... While Verizon acknowledged my frustrations about returning 2 devices (which werent their fault) they rushed me through selecting a new phone. I was convinced to buy a BlackBerry and asked all of the important questions. During this conversation my wife was doing her own research and found out the phone they were giving me couldnt be a hotspot despite the salespersons claims it could. So now we start over, settle on a Motorola... The sales rep goes through his steps and claims all files have been backed up and gets us out the door in around an hour. A few hours later at Desert Trip, my wife wanted to see the prior days photos, which were gone! I asked the salesman to make sure everything was backed up which I had set for Wi-Fi so I didnt burn my data, he promised it was done, now I have 3 days of vacation with my wife and 2 days of Desert Trip GONE. the local store couldnt do anything, Verizon couldnt do anything, everyone just said sorry. Thanks to Samsung and Verizon a trip of a lifetime will always be tarnished by the memory of how many photos and videos were lost.

During two visits noted the three staff members who helped me displayed a good working knowledge of products sold by Verizon. All staff I came in contact with were courteous and professional also. Many displays of working products on tap for review, along with a large number of accessories available also. Displays and equipment were clean and unmolested by little hands eating candy. Overall store was clean. Though the front exterior of the store was lacking in landscaping and was a local loitering area. Not necessary a reflection of the store but of property managers of the outdoor mall. One big regret for BlackBerry users though. As in the last two Verizon stores visited in Indio and Palm Springs. Staff are not at all familiar with BlackBerry phones. Even though I use the "PRIV" which uses Android system, all but one staff member would try and help me. Not real successful, but as mentioned before, great staff!

These guys are morons..... I bought my Iphone from there with a Jawbone and after I called to ask about accessories in the store for both items I purchased and the guy who answered said this is home services and I dont know what accessories we have? I said wait a minute you work in the store? you can see the accessories right in front of you? but you dont know what they are?? He said no and tried to give me another number to call.... I said so if I get in my car and drive there now someone in the store can help me but you cant? He said yes... I just hung up....idiots.....

One star is too many for this location. They deserve zero. Horrible customer service experience yesterday. Will never return... and actually considering switching to another carrier. Loyal customer since 2003 and totally dismayed at how I was treated. Official VZW store and they could not get on the same page with their corporate office re: promotions. Manager avoided us, employees made excuses. No one would step up and do the right thing. Preparing a BBB complaint. Consumers, beware.

Went to the store in hopes of switching 5 lines from ATT to Verizon, walked in ready to buy phones. Not once did any of the 4 reps standing at the counter ask if I needed any help. Meanwhile other people walked in and were helped immediately. These 4 or so reps continued to sit and talk amongst themselves without any regard for potential sales. If this is any indication of what Verizon customer service is like, I will be happy to stay with ATT.

I called Verizon to see if i could trade in my existing Droid and they told me no problem, just go into the local store and do the trade. I went to these guys and was told I could not trade in my droid, but they would take my iphone, which was less than a year old. I left pissed off for wasting my time, called Verizon back and was told I could trade in the droid. I am done with these dummies at this store, I will get my new phone a Costco.

Great friendly staff! Verizon seems to be adjusting to suit the competition nice selection of phones and tablets car wifi and home integrated wifi devices! Just one thing to request To Verizon lower the monthly plans on unlimited data with out extra charges and fees that bumps up the price about 25% on the expecting monthly charge! Iam goin on my third month already and seeing bills a bit to high that what expecting to be!

Wow people are weirdly critical of this Store! I have NEVER had a bad experience. As soon as I walk in the door I am acknowledged & added to the "Waiting List" IF there is one. Im always taken care of in a reasonable amount of time & in a very respectful, knowledgeable manner. WHO are these people giving the horrible reviews & WHY are acting like this.....truly weird

HORRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! THEY DO NOT RESPECT VERIZONS RETURN POLICY. I FELT LIKE THEY JUDGED ME BECAUSE OF MY SKIN COLOR, FROM THE MANAGER TO THE EMPLOYEES. IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OVER 10 YEAR WITH 4 LINES AND THISIS WHAT I GET HUH?! I RATE THIS ----NEGATIVE----- INFINITY BECAUSE THIS IS ONE OF THE WORSE SERVICES IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

They could definitely use about 10 more associates and add some sort of automatic check-in system, I dont know a kiosk similar to the one you pay your bill. Wait time is a while when theyre busy, theyre usually busy, and the employees always make sure to try and sell you products, even when I was in there to give up Note 7.
