Kudos to Yusem for her excellent assistance yesterday! I dropped my phone in water and it was slowly dying a sad death. As I need my phone for business 7 days a week I was not so pleased. I did my research, read reviews and went to the Hillcrest store. (Previously I have always gone to the Mission Valley Verizon store but have had poor service and the reviews continue to be terrible.) Yusem and her supervisor were very helpful and quick. I have a new phone, a few discounts and am back in business! Thank you for your knowledge, bright smile, courtesy and friendliness. We walked into the Hillcrest store and met Jorge Bustamante, and the rest is history. We were trading in two old phones, one a Blackberry Storm from 2009, for newer equipment. Jorge helped us from start to finish--he knew everything necessary to make the transition smooth. And it was personal service, which is so rare to find anywhere these days, let alone in a Verizon store! His calm, professional manner and obvious knowledge of the task at hand made this a pleasure--and we are very appreciative of that. Thanks, Jorge, for making this so easy!

I was walking down the street when I drop my phone and broke it completely. I go to the Verizon store i, the middle of hillcrest and greeted immediately. Jose and the woman with the pretty eyes were fun and nice, but Gary was my hero. He set me up with a deal far lower than antecipated and couldnt have been a better personality. The pin on his badge said "9 years of excellent service, and the way he handled my entire situation leads me to believe that soon he will have one that says 10 years instead. Thank you so much Gary!

I bought a new phone here and was lied to. They sold us a droid Samsung Galaxy 2 when the Galaxy 5 model was all over the streets.What the hell is that all about? We walked into another Verizon Store not a piece of Shi_ franchise store like this GoWireless one and they laughed in my face. Well now Im laughing back when I switch companies because the competitors are offering better deals. PLEASE DO SOME RESEARCH because THESE GUYS SUCK!!!

The wife and I stopped in here when an S7 upgrade deal was going on, but unfortunately we werent eligible with our plan. Luckily, we were helped by the Great Jorge, who, not only managed to get us the deal, but also 1gb more data and lower monthly payments. Were pretty jaded when it comes to sales, but Jorge was so pleasant and helpful that we couldnt help but leave with new cases as well.

THIS STORE WILL RIP YOU OFF! Ive been defrauded both times I renewed my VeriZon contract - two for two. They are great at helping with other things but DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM unless you want two years of extra charges they dont tell you about. You dont find out about them until you get your bill which Shows up after the 14 day cancellation period .

Gary is awesome! My phone broke and I went into Verizon today and was glad to see Gary was working. Gary has helped me with my phone problems in the past and is great! He explained all my options to me and helped me pick out a new phone. He set everything up and even helped me upload my contacts when I forgot my Gmail password. Five stars for Gary!

Best experience Ive ever had buying a phone. Yusem is incredibly adorable and sweet and made the whole transaction a lot of fun. Very helpful, willing and happy to help. Really good group of people working there. You cant go wrong. I wish I needed more things from the store just so I could go in and say hi!
