I called Wireless Toyz on Thursday September 19, 2013 in the morning. Asked about getting my cell phone screen replaced. They quoted $200. I asked if they had it for my blue phone. He went and looked and said yes, they had the screen for a blue phone. I brought the phone to them in the late morning before noon. He charged my card and said it would take 30 to 45 minutes and he would call me when it was done. While I was out running around they called me and said they didnt have the blue screen. They had white or black. They told me they wouldnt have the blue screen until Monday or Tuesday. I told him to give me some time to think about it and that I would call him back. I called back a few minutes later and said to just install the black screen. Shortly after telling him to use the black screen he called back and said they would have the blue screen by Saturday if I wanted to wait. They told me it would be ready around 1 PM to 2 PM. I agreed to wait for the blue screen. I called Saturday afternoon around 2 PM to see if the phone was ready. I was told they were waiting for the mail to arrive that day. I never heard anything from them the rest of the day. I didnt bother to call Sunday since I knew mail didnt run. I waited until I was on my way home from work Monday to go back to the store. My intentions were to just get my money back some I didnt hear from them. He said my phone was done. He told me they called me twice on Saturday and left a voicemail. I had no missed calls and no voicemail. He showed me the screen worked. I put it in my pocket and went home. As I was placing my SIM chip and memory card into the phone I noticed the bottom left of the screen was scratched. I called the store and told the guy about the phone and he asked me to bring it back to show it to him. I brought it back to him and he called the guy who worked on the phone and the guy said thats what happens when they heat up the phone to loosen the glue. I explained that I paid $200 to have them fix my phone, not do other damage to it. They said they werent going to do anything about it. They gave me an email address to what they said was the owner of the store whom is never there. It was just some generic email address. Looking at the phone some more I see that my volume button is a little deformed. The LED indicator lights and the menu and back buttons arent as bright as before. The home button now rattles when the phone vibrates which it never did before. The last thing Ive noticed is when I press the bottom right of the screen which is she the back button is I hear a noise like the blue or whatever they used on the screen is not holding it down all the way. I will never recommend this place nor will I ever go back to them. I have told several co-workers and parents at my kids school to steer clear of Wireless Toyz.

took my i phone in to get a new screen they changed my case from a black i-phone to a white 1 being that they did not have any black cases ... which was fine .... as i left the store i placed a call & start returning calls to discover that the backlight on my phone no longer cuts off while the phone is in use causing it to dial #s press mute etc. called back thee very same day Damien said he may have left something loose & to bring it in .... ok , fine ! only problem with that is this bootleg phone tech is only there certain days & times making it inconvenient for me . so i come in some days later for him to tell me hes doing other phones & i have to come back @ another time which i didnt understand being that i paid for my phone to be fixed days prior & Damien didnt complete the task so y do i have to be placed behind new customers ? so didnt get my phone fixed that day either came back another day he wasnt around got his schedule for the next time he would b in , only to comeback for him to tell me that that specific feature just stopped working !?! & he doesnt know y ? so i ask myself what kinda phone fixer r you ? more like a i-phone breaker

This place destroyed my phone. I took it there for a second time to replace the battery again. Two weeks later and several phone calls to this place did they finally get a battery. So after I got off work, my husband and I went up there to get my phone. The "tech" told is he tried three different batteries to which none would work. So we took the phone and went straight to verizon only to discover that Wireless toyz and completely messed up my charger port which broke the phone. Never again will we use this place and I would not reccommend it to anyone either.

William IS ABSOLUTLEY DELIGHTFUL. THE STORE MANAGER EDWIN IS GREAT HE IS EFFICIENT AND DELIGHTFUL HE DEFINILTEY MADE MY VISIT AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE KIND AND FRIENDLY YOUNG MENT. THE GENERAL STORE MANAGER DAMIAN IS ALSO A BREATHE OF FRESH AIR. THESE GENTLEMEN ARE TERRIFIC. THEY ALSO ALWAYS BRING A SMILE TO MY FACE WHEN I WALK IN THE DOOR. EVERYONE SHOULD EXPERIENCE SUCH AN AWESOME ATMOSPHERE.

Edwin is a great manager. He was able to help me set up my Facebook and Instagram. I even won a raffle ticket. My new favorite community cell phone shop. The store was clean and a breathe of fresh air. He was amazing in providing great customer care and answering my questions down to the core. I am now a loyal customer and would definitely recommend this location to anyone who has any cell phone questions. Look for Edwin Gonzalez he is the man.

we just stopped by yesterday wondering they could find us a good family plan deal. And YES they did! 2 guys worked very hard for us to switch carrier since I forgot my pin code for my old one. But they made it ! They showed us how to transfer data from old to new also. They are truly professional!

I came in with my iPhone it was charging at all, I had already gone to several places before. They Wanted to charge me 55 to fix it, luckily came in to Damian and fix it within seconds and no charge. He told me it was only dirty. Thank you Damian for been honest you are the best. God bless you!

brian sold me a boost and took the time to transfer my email account and show me how to use the phone. it is hard to find a store that actually offers real support like this. most places want to just sell you something and they dont care about good customer service. thanks again guys!

Took an iPhone to get screen replaced, front camera didnt function after that. Took it back and they got it fixed. Was also having issues with my Samsung, they took a look and said the battery didnt look that good anymore. Working better now! Great customer service by the staff!!
