I have not always had the best of luck with Verizon stores, I feel like every time I walk into a Verizon store I am always stuck there for hours! I love the phones, and I love the service, and up until sunday it was those two things that kept me coming back. However, when I walked into the store on Sunday with my hyperactive 5 year old son, already annoyed that I had to go to the store, but the service I got was remarkable! I loved the conversation! I loved that everyone reacted nicely to my son despite his odd desire to roll around on the floor and act like he was raised by a pack of wolves and not a human! Miranda assured me that he was fine and even told him some jokes and got him laughing. By the time I left my whole attitude was different. I love all the people here. Thank you so much for making me want to come back! Honestly! Give me your dutch bros orders and I will pick them up for the whole team there because you guys are just that amazing!!!!

My husbands phone broke. We went into the Bullfrog store got the information we needed to get his phone replaced. When the new phone came, we went back to the store and Layne Stark was the person who helped us get my husbands phone up and running again; he explained why my husbands phone probably broke and gave us a solution so maybe it wont happen again. (The solution is one that we thought we already had, just goes to show that when purchasing an expensive device it is best to have someone as knowledgable as Layne to get you through the process.) Layne was the person who had helped me when I bought my Samsugn Galaxy S5. Layne is very knowledgable and helpful. He goes the "extra mile" to help his customers. It would be great if he were in the store all of the time. I like working with the same person each time I go in there. Thanks Layne for everything you have done for us.

My mother and I were in this store and received some of the best customer service we can recall. From the moment we walked into the store we were greeted by Jessica Darney. Although she was busy with another customer, she made a point of welcoming us and giving us attention. Once we began asking her questions regarding products, we found her to be honest, helpful, patient and kind. We both had several questions which she answered fully and patiently. I believe it is rare to find a sales individual who is as respectful and as attentive to the customers needs in todays society. However, Verizon has managed to employ such an individual within Jessica. Due to her customer service, we will be in to add additional lines of service and we will be recommending our friends to visit your facility.

I have had many trips into the store, for lots of help with my technical deficiencies.... and Daryson has always went the extra mile to make sure I left knowing how to work my phone or table or well I left the computer at home . But the guy can only handle a couple trips and a few hours a week of my endless talking and trying to figure these darn things out . But he never skips a beat . He just keeps on working with a smile on his face and tells me that if I have any questions or need any help with my devices ,that hell will be happy to help ... and for the past three months , and like ,a lot a lot of my oops, I think hes a really patent teacher, and great associate, and hes even helped me be, a little bit techie , thats cool right? thank you Verizon

Michael went above and beyond to help switch our service from T-Mobile. Throughout the process, we ran into so much frustration from the T-Mobile side! He spent countless hours trying to come up with resolutions to our problems and ease our anger. No matter what obstacle came up, he helped us jump through it. Im so grateful for the generosity and empathy he showed. All the employees were very friendly and had positive attitudes. I would recommend Verizon in the marketplace center in Nampa to all my friends and family. Thank you for helping us get through this nightmare!

I got a brand new IPhone 7 at this retailer. I have to say, AMAZING service from the people working there! I Want to make a huge shout out to Daryson, one of the providers who works there. He got me exactly what I wanted and talked me through everything I wanted to know. He had a great attitude and was smiling like he was my friend. He also got me a sweet phone case and screen protector, which he put on himself and that really helped me and saved me time! Extremely satisfied with him and my new phone. Daryson was very helpful through the whole thing! Love it Verizon!

I bought a new phone from Savannah in the NampaCaldwell office. I took it home but had a few questions. I called Savannah and asked if I could come in to visit with her. When I got there Savannah was on lunch break so Destiny stepped in for her. Savannah soon joined us and between the two of them I left the store feeling very confident and well educated with my phone. Fantastic costumer service, friendly and the kind of experience I expect when I go shopping!! Thank you SAVANNAH and DESTINY, you girls did a wonderful job!!!

He not only solved all the problems that I experienced with my IPhone, IPad, and computers, but helped me to choose the Verizon equipment that solved all my problems. I would recommend this Verizon store to anyone. All of the employees are amazing. They are down to earth and actually real fun to talk with. They all know a lot about all the devices, whats most popular, which devices arent the best, what is the best device for yourself etc... They go above and beyond to try to help out their customers. I give this store 5 stars for sure!!!! Thank you guys for everything youve done for me this last Saturday!

Joleen is the BEST!!! She is awesome!!! Best customer service ever!! Joleen has helped us out on so many occasions in the last 2yrs, one of many examples is from purchasing a new phone when my iPhone was completely dead, she was still able to transfer all by stuff to my new phone. We live in Mountain Home and will always travel to Nampa to see Joleen.....no matter what!!! Thank you Joleen, for everything!!!
