I have been a loyal T-mobile customer for years, partially because I love their customer service compared to some of the slightly bigger national companies... This store almost convinced me to drop my plan mid-contract and switch to one of the local companies...which since Im on a shared family plan that I dont have to pay for is quite a feat. I would have stayed away after the first experience had me selling phones to my parents instead of a customer service representative, (they were ready to drop t-mobile right then and there, but I talked them in to staying) but once you buy a phone/plan from a store apparently any issues have to be resolved at that store. Throughout my dealings with this store not only were most of the employees curt and unfriendly (and this is people who work partially for commission?), they messed up on my plan, refused to fix it after I ran in to troubles a few months later and I later found out that they lied/misrepresented several things to me throughout the course of my visit. (You can request to change who receives credit for your transaction...there was one helpful guy on our first visit but we were told the guy who first talked to us had to receive credit for the sale) This behavior came from people of all ranks in the store and seems to be a systemic issue. Until I know that some serious management changes have occurred at this store, Im staying far away and am warning anyone I know with T-mobile to do the same.

I have had two bad experiences with this particular store. Working with different people. They all seem indifferent to customers. There is absolutely NO, NONE, NADA customer service at this store. There were 3 employees standing around talking and texting on their own phones with people in the store. Not one of them offered help until I asked. The young man that did help me was present but offered no concern to get me the best deal. I made my purchase and came home to CALL customer service. I was NOT offered the rebate that was due with this phone. Also, if he would have told me that I could wait 2 months for my contract to be up I could save about $300.00. I will be returning this purchase and waiting the 2 months before I upgrade. I have been with T-mobile for many years and have had no problems EXCEPT this store. I got jerked around at my last upgrade at this store almost 2 years ago. Go to ANY other store for business!

Ive missed business calls, Ive missed personal calls. The service is lousy. Currently got the $99 a month plan that includes slow metered internet, 1000 minutes, and SMS/picture plan. To say the least its hard to use all the minutes if I always have people saying they called me but I never picked up. Recently lost my job and only have 10 months left on my 2 year agreement. I called T-mobile to see if they would help, T-mobile help is horrible, they offered to cut my minutes to 500 minutes a month in exchange for signing a new two-year contract at the price of $89.00. Saves me $100 in the first few months, but then forces me into paying $89 for 14 additional months.. I will be leaving t-mobile and not coming back.

They treated me like crap.I bought a 1000.00 phone from them and went to pick up my sim card( the one they gave me did not work... I left my id at work The store was about to close...i was livid and they were soooo rude the girl told the guys there not to deal with me and that they would NOT GIVE ME ANOTHER CAR CUZ I WAS BEING IRATE!Why did i have to bring an id i JUST LEFT THE FRIGGING PLACE AFTER SPENDING 1200.00 WTF? Young disrespectful asses playing with their own phones while customers are waiting.....bs

Walked in to do an insurance claim after dropping my phone in the water. The young lady with long hair and part if her head shaved, was very helpful, nice and qrear service . Didnt try to upsell me to some upgrade like I always experience and deny lol. Simply assisted me with my insurance claim like I requested. and fixed other phone issues I was having. And my sister and her husband also had some questions that the staff was nice and helpful about.

Can you say total misrepresentation! This location at 3146 Sports Arena Boulevard should be closed down due to false advertising and a bait and switch operations. I signed up for a 30 day FREE TRIAL on 3G modem. Not only did the connection suck but they charged me for everything and then lied about it! Stay clear of this store unless you like to get screwed!!!

What a horrible experience. Finally decided to "Uncarrier". Go in, start the process, and dont have my Verizon information with me to transfer my number. No worries, Ill just come back at the end of the day with all of that. I go back 5 hours later, now I cant have an account for 30 days because I had to leave in the middle of the process.

This was a very helpful location with a lot of helpful staff. I was out of town and my phone broke and they were super helpful to find a solution and get me out the door with a phone for the rest of my vacation. It was a very busy location but they had a ton of employees to help with the amount of people that needed help.

They are very friendly and helpful when it comes to anything tech. The only reason I knocked down the score is they are crazy crazy crazy overpriced on anything they sell I the store... Good thing i didnt buy there. Got the same cell phone case they sell, but on Amazon for 1/10th the price!

Terrible customer service. I brought in a 4g LTE extender for return just as the company’s sent instructions advised. He read the instructions. Called corporate and told me to walk it to staples to be mailed. Just one more reason to leave the company.
