The so called manager who has been at this store for "five years" is useless. Why? (Allow me to backup two days) The screen on my GFs note 4 just stopped working. Troubleshooted the hell out of it before coming in. I have Jump. No physical damage, no water damage. The customer rep used the insurance, but it was on backorder and would probably take two weeks to get it. I said okay. When I got home, GF wasnt very happy about not having a phone, and wanted me to just get a new one then. Returned today. Manager said sure I can use my jump and pay the deductible ($175... Really? On an old phone? Two generations old?). Uhm, no. Basically, I have to play this stupid game of waiting two weeks, then I use the replaced phone to "Jump" to a new phone. She told me "sorry, that is our policy" "I understand your frustrations" B**** please! I dont care what your policy is, get someone on the phone who can void it or credit back the money in the future, since you cant do it. Youre going to lose a customer by making them go without a phone for two weeks? What is the point in paying for insurance to deal with this? The phone is practically paid off anyway, and I said screw it just give me a brand new one! Its going to be a new sale in the end! Anyway, I ended up calling her a "useless manager" (and i quote) and she told me to get out of her store for calling her that. She then instantly turned around and walked away. I left, lol. After calling customer service (which was awesome and very helpful) and going over some options, a manager agreed to allow me to go into a store, jump to a new phone, pay the deductible myself, and I will then have it credited to my future bill. Thank you for proper customer service tmobile! Which is non existent from this so called manager of five years. All she had to do was say "Im sorry, I dont have the authorization to do that, but lets make a call and see if theres anything else we can do for you since this is sort of a unique situation" Customer service isnt just putting a smile on your face. Its about taking care of your customers. And this manager definitely does NOT go the extra mile. Sadly, its the only store in the area... Which makes me sort of want to go back to a different carrier. But Ill stick with it for now, knowing that there is customer service elsewhere who can actually get things done.

Looking for love... I am a two year pre paid customer of tmobile...and have been fortunate enough to not to have much need for customer service-pay my bill get service, PERIOD On the occasions needed customer service T-Mobile reps have come through... (smiling on the phone oh yea you can tell) and eager to help. The exception...my bill was paid(unlimited talk, text, web) except when I went to access internet from my phone over the last week or so-no bueno...everybody was still friendly and nice trying to help over the past week or so, but to no avail. Expecting no recourse, traversed to local T-Mobile store in search "the guy" maybe he knew more than I was getting over the phone. Thanks Brandon!!! Spent time and patient trying to figure it out-no, I mean without the attitude or impatience (customers were coming and going)...He hung in there-even with his on peers over the phone he exhibited the kind of customer service that makes you appreciative. Even-though the problem was not resolved on the spot; I still left with a good experience. BTW, a mere fifteen minutes removed from the store got call from tech support...problem resolve!!! As a side note folks...you can help too by checkin "your attitude at the door"... Again thanks Brandon for your help. Mister Jones

I just have to say that by far T-Mobile has the best customer service out there. Today service rep Jane on the phone made my day by taking care of an issue of mine. To think of it every single time Ive had to call in for anything they have been able to handle it on the spot always no problem. This is why after almost 9 years Im still a customer. Thanks T-Mobile
