In August 2015 I cracked my I pad screen and came to this place right away to fix it. My I pad was completely functioning well and perfectly with the crack I just didnt like the appearance so I went to this place to get it fixed. It is now June and my I pad starts glitching to the point where I can not use any features and the screen accesses Siri when I am not touching my I pad and it would not respond to touch on the screen . I took in my I pad back to them and explained the issue that there screen had . The workers there told be that it was not in fact the screen it was The mechanics of my I pad . I knew that it had to be the screen so I went to Apple to get it inspected . Apple ran a complete diagnosis on it and concluded that it was the screen and the screen I fact had multiple panels that were unresponsive to touch. The worker at Apple also said that they do not ever fix I pad screens at Apple because when you fix an I pad screen you internally destroy the screen! So the Apple worker said that I could buy a new one for $300! So I was enraged because if I had known that I pad screens were not to be ever fixed or they will get glitches I would have never taken it to the u break I fix shop , but they do not tell you that when you pay for them to fix it !!!! I then went back to u break I fix the next day and spoke to them that infact it was the screen when they assured me it wasnt. They then said they would replace it with a new one . So I come to pick it up the next day and when I get home I try it out within seconds it starts glitching again at this point I was exhausted and said whatever so today 6/10/16 I gave it another shot and once again it is unresponsive and a piece of junk now. I called u break I fix and spoke with a worker who said that my I pad when I brought it in with the glitches was originally out of the 90 day warranty and they "did it to be nice" so I asked why would you claim to fix I pads if you really just brake them. These people are crooks and I have learned from this please do not waste your time on this establishment. I am ashamed of u break I fix. I now have a broken I pad and will be buying a new one , you break I fix basically said good luck hen I told them it was glitching again and never offered more help. DONT GO TO U BREAK I FIX !!

Yesterday, simply minding my own business and what happens -- my Galaxy Note 2 just dies. Yep, it stopped working. I did all of the things one can do to try to revive it and... nothing. I Googled to find a repair place in San Diego (near me) and quite a few places came up. I called multiple places, some apparently no longer in business and others that wanted to charge me a good chunk of change just to look at it. uBreakiFix offered to do a free diagnostic, just as they say on their website. The guy I spoke with on the phone was very easy going -- trustworthy. Its really difficult to trust businesses these days. I was told, straight up, not knowing what it could be it could take up to 48 hours, but if I wanted to wait a little bit theyd get right on it. I really needed it NOW. I was given a quote for less than $30 if it were something that didnt necessitate parts replacements, etc. The diagnostics process checked 12 different aspects of the phone. Less than 20 min later I hear my phone making some sounds. About 10 min later than that I got my phone in perfect working condition. YES!!! Im back in business. I highly recommend this company as the best place to go to, first. Then youll be done.

Cracked the screen of my nexus 6 and called, they ordered the parts and it was a little pricey but money isnt the issue. Brought the phone in and on two hours the screen was fixed. Once I got home, I realized the screen was coming off and there was no way for me to put it back. Brought it in again and was told that the proximity sensor was broken after a couple of hours and that I need to bring it in the next day. I brought phone in the next day and waited for 2 hours to be told that they need to order a new screen and that they did not fix anything except adding some adhesive to my screen. A couple days later I received a call from the store saying that they bent the mid frame of my phone and that it cant really be fixed but they will set it back to the regular shape and put it in a complementary protective case. The workers have been very nice but if you have a nexus phone I would recommend a different store.

Dont go there !I brought my 6 month old galaxy s6 edge in for screen replacement. Paid 249$ and figured i would get a new screen and move on.They had the screen in stock that i needed. Screen was replaced but phone was never the same. Went back to find out why the Back button doesnt work as it did prior. Was told there was nothing they could do but i would have to do a factory reset and essentially end up with a wiped device or i could go into a t mobile store and get support. I was afraid as i used a non factory service facility and part and factory could tell the gaskets were different or parts were not original. Have spent 3-4 hours on phone with samsung and t mobile only to find out i need to wipe and reset my phone. The price was expensive and i wish i did not go there. i strongly suggest staying far away from this place

I have an iPhone 6 and My nephew dropped my phone on concrete floor face down. Sadly, My front glass was completely shattered. I was recommended by a friend to go to this store. He told me had his iPad fixed here and they were fast and great. As soon as I walked in, The person at the front desk made me feel welcomed. I told them my issue and the guy gave me a great detail of what he was going to do fix it, how much it cost (which was cheaper than I thought) and how long it would take, (which he told me 30 to 45 minutes.) No more than 20 minutes went by and they were already done fixing my phone. It looked like a brand new phone. I was impressed and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know or anyone I see that has problems with their phone or tablet.

This place is a lifesaver! I dropped my phone and cracked it pretty severely. I was referred to this place from Verizon after I learned I was not eligible for a new phone without paying a fortune. After speaking with Liban via phone, he immediately made me feel at ease that they could help. Liban was able to fix my screen in about 15 minutes and the screen is crystal clear! Ive had my phone for a week now and could not be more pleased with the service, cost (~$100) and end product. Plus there is a 90 day warranty included too! I will refer everyone I know to you & I thank you for giving me a brand new, crystal clear screen!
