I went in 2 days ago and I had questions about Adobe Photoshop. My questions were pretty basic; 1. I wanted to know which option has the dodge, burn and cloning tools. 2. How do you know youre eligible for the student package, as I am a student at CSUMB. No one seemed to have any answers for me and I really need this program. I ended up purchasing the adobe creative cloud photography plan with Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC. Im pretty sure I could have used my student email to get it at a lower cost. I walked away feeling uneasy with my purchase and am pretty disappointed in the customer service because 3 people could not answer my questions.

I wish I could give 1/2 stars. This place isnt a 4 but it isnt a 3 either. I would say this Best Buy is a solid 3.5 stars out of 5. They have been pretty good about helping me and answering questions. A decent selections of items to choose from. I wish they had more computer parts (SSD drives, RAM, Processor, Video cards, cases, fans, CPU coolers and Motherboards). The Mens room is disgusting! It smells completely foul and is very dirty. Most the time, you can find better deals on Amazon or Newegg.

I just went to this location on 11/20/2011 and the customer service was terrible one of the worst,I wanted to purchase a Panasonic video camera that they got it for US 299.00 and FRYS got same item for US 149.00 so I went with customer service dep and they told me that they would match the price,but after after many goes and theres they refused to do the transaction even know the item was the same.I would never recommend Best Buy ever.

Bought a cell phone IPHONE 6 for $ 326 on a 2 year contract . 16 days latter the same phone was $199 at best buy , went back to see if they would refund the $100 dollars they said you are one day too late and our policy is only 15 days to return of exchange or match the prices. Well I want to promise them that the rest of my purchase in the future is going to be at COST CO AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO best buy again.

I had Mike at Best Buy Mobile put in a Viper Alarm System on my van. Mike was great throughout the whole process. He was knowledge, friendly and professional. I realize the installation is pretty straight forward, but Mike went the extra mile to make sure my security system was properly installed with the maximum amount of safety and security. Will definitely go back and see Mike and Bust Buy Mobile.

I called the store and they said they match prices. So I looked online and found the item I was looking for for $50 and at bestbuy they sell it for $90. So i figured Id save $40. I went to the store and they refuse to match the price even though it had the same product number from the manufacturer. They pointed to the fine print saying they only match gamestop, amazon and newegg. Go elsewhere

I am reviewing Best Buy solely on the fact that it is the most inexpensive place to get Soda Stream canisters and refills that I can find; online and offline. I dont go to Best Buy for anything else as I find them to be fairly expensive compared to other establishments.

paid for deck, amp, sub, backup camera install... $175. took 3 hours for the deck. they skipped everything else! charged full price! just called them to see if they could finish it..... AND THEY HAVE NO DOCUMENTATION OF MY PURCHASE! I GOT TOTALLY SCREWED!!!

I went to have my stereo installed with a appointment and was approached by their tech "Mike.S". He was completely rude and had the worst customer service Ive seen in a long time. Long story short, my stereo wasnt installed and Im writing this warning. Good luck!

I was at this store earlier in the month. Staff were rude, unhelpful and I left the store with issue of a faulty product unresolved. I wont shop there again and I saved $100 plus sales tax by buying a blue ray computer on line from another merchant.

Its slow. Once you walk in youre pretty much guaranteed that at least 2-4 employees will ask if they can help you, and for the most part they know their positions and are polite and courteous. You cant go wrong shopping at the Gilroy Best Buy.

Great customer service with the nice layout youd expect from a Best Buy. My one complaint was that there were almost too many employees checking up on me all the time. Still a great store and would highly recommend going to this location.

The womens bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Reeked of urine, liquid on the seats, no toilet paper in the stall, broken soap and paper towel dispensers. The bathroom cleaning chart hadnt been changed/signed in two months. Revolting.

Its a Best Buy. If youve been on one, you know exactly what theyre like. The staff in this location are friendly, and a couple of times have gone out of their way to help me with difficult exchanges, which I appreciate.

I made the mistake of using the order online, pick up in store. Its terrible. In the time I wasted doing that I could have just picked the item up myself and paid for it normally. Not exactly an Amazon locker type feature.

I think its one of the smaller Best Buy in the area. Shopping experience is the typical one you expect at Best Buy, nothing new, just go in and browser and have some employees asking if you need any help, the usuals.
