Incompetence runs rampant at this store but when you are willing to hire all kinds of folks who do not speak the language of the country they are living within, things can get sometimes get messy. My specific issue today is one that anyone entering their parking lot should know about. Recently, I was involved in an incident involving the man who collects the cart on the cart collecting machine (no idea what this is actually called). This man was either untrained or did not care to do the job correctly, swung the machine into the cart corral and broke it open slamming it into my and another customers car. This man was walking away from the incident until three of us escorted him back inside and demanded to speak to a manager. The management representative they sent to deal with the already heated situation was absolutely rude and tried to cover up the issue before we could take photos until we yelled loudly at her that she was breaking laws and would be personally held responsible- it was not until I began to film her that she stopped and figured out how to actually talk to people then she began to take an accident report. She told us the man picking up the carts should have left the machine in the middle of the row rather than pushing the machine into the corral. She told us this was not the first time he had done this and that he would be fired immediately and the new people would be trained much better. Not one month later, I see another worker- he does EXACTLY the same thing but this time walks away from the car he hit because there were no witnesses. Each time I go to this establishment and someone is picking up carts, that machine is INSIDE the corral- seems properly training their employees is NOT something to expect from the Walmart. During this same incident, my daughter witnessed a man going through a car who was not the person who parked the car. When we notified this manager she told us it was not her problem and that she was dealing with us. Yet this man was obviously stealing from her other customers and she could have called the police. I took his photo and reported him later on knowing the woman did not have her customers best interest in mind. Most employees at this location have terrible English and on more than two occasions I have had to get a manager to translate my questions in the last month alone. This store is always trashed looking and always seems to be out of something they should always carry- Greater Value diaper wipes, dish soap, trash bags, etc. The horrible parking lot which is only one in and one out, is an absolute nightmare on the weekends and evenings.

My bicycle was stolen in their parking place in 10 minutes at 2:00 pm. I bound the front wheel with parking frame with chain lock and went into Walmart to return something. But after I was done in 10 minutes, I saw my bicycle was gone and only the front wheel left. Its daylight and there are lots of people walking around. I found there are camera directly facing the parking place. But when I ask the manager to take a look at the video, what she said is she couldnt take any responsibility and couldt let me see the video. I told her because the bicycle has no front wheel, the theft could not ride it and mostly it might be hidden somewhere nearly. If I or she could take a look at the video, at least I can get some clue to find my bicycle. But she kept saying she can do nothing if there is no police officer appear. Then I called the police department, and they told me the officer has emergency issue to handle and I might need to wait for long time. I thought even I spend whole afternoon for police officer to appear, I still have no chance to find back my bicycle, so I have no choice but leaving. Its true that 200 dollar bicycle is not a big loss for most of people, but what I couldnt understand is why it happens in very short time at where lots of people around and why the staff there is so cold. Everyone might be the victim of crime if there is no effective way to stop it. How could they think if they are victim and the other people treat the like what they did?

I had stopped at this Walmarts after a long day of driving and making about 4 deliveries.... Had to pick up a few items and made myself something to eat and walked my dog. I had probably arrived around 10 pm and at around 12:30 I let my dog out again for some water... was approached by what I assume was a manager and he right off the bat informed me that there was "No overnight parking" to which I replied.... I have not been here "overnight". Put my dog back in my truck and drove up to the front where this manager was talking to 3 women at the front of the store. I stopped and told him... You had come over to me to tell me there was no overnight parking and I had been here merely a few hours... I pointed out an RV that was parked with shades in the window and reminded him that the signs on the lot not only stated "No Overnight Parking" but "No RVs" as well. He replied that they had been told.... funny thing is I never saw him knocking on the door of that RV which had been parked there with shades drawn before I had even got there. Not only did he hustle out a very tired transporter who had no intention of spending the night and who also spends a lot of money and time in Walmart stores across the nation... but he also showed me that he does not enforce the rules set forth at this location evenly, fairly and without prejudice.

This is a very busy Walmart the best times to go are not during rush hour traffic times because there is only one way out and one way in. If they had multiple outlets for traffic pedestrian, bikes, and motor vehicles then it would flow a lot more smootly. If your trying to return something here again the best time is not during rush hour time which is usually anytime after 4pm on a weekday and even less predictable on weekends. You will wait quite a while just to load aome money, send money or return an item bwcause the line can easy get out towards the door. During rush hour times this place is a mess, get used to waiting long and its basically a trap with cars of only have one way in and out. Getting in is fine, just once you leave it will be a while until you make the green light to get out of there plus the long line of waitinf cars just to get there. When this place is not busy and not packed it is a fabulous Walmart Supercenter other than that its a place to avoid.

Worst location ever.....Do not shop here during christmas or it will take you 45 minutes just to leave the parking lot. This location is behind a best buy and the exit to it is at a massive intersection and it takes forever to get out of. Also the person who tries to check your receipt at the door is OPTIONAL YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO SHOW THE RECEIPT TO THE PERSON AT THE DOOR TO EXIT you may walk on by them if you choose to do so. I confirmed this with management as after standing in line to checkout for over 21 minutes and then I was annoyed again that there was a line just to leave so a person could "check receipts" like it was costco. Sorry but Im not paying a membership to shop here and you have no right to delay me leaving the building Walmart this is an annoyance to your customers do them a favor and put an end to this nonsense. If you want to stop theft employ a loss prevention employee.
