I found myself in desperate straights when my computer froze up on me, both personally and as a business owner. There was a 6 day wait for the Geek Squad to visit with a minimum price of $90.00 for the first hour, so I opened the phone book and called the Computer Guyz instead. I found my conversations with them to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, so I followed their instructions and brought my tower to them. Im so very happy that I did. It runs so much better now that they not only fixed the original problem but in addition repaired many more. They also made several positive improvements to how I had it configured, added free programs, and thoroughly taught me better user practices and maintenance scheduling. I dont judge a book by its cover and went into this totally blind. Not so smart but I trusted them. In this case it paid off totally and was a wonderful experience - they saved my computer and in many ways, my life! Thank-you computer guyz, you did a great job!

Would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys being deceived. They lie, cheat and steal. Besides mistreating and taking advantage of their costumers my biggest complaint is their abuse of their employees. No one should have to degrade themselves for a paycheck. ESPECIALLY when the owner/"Lead Technician" does not allow the employees to cash their check for extended periods of time because they will bounce.

I needed a midi cord for my m - audio keyboard. I was on a budget at the time and had like 10 bucks. Every where else they priced the midi cord and at 30 - 45 bucks. Computer guys really came through for me at affordable price. I really recommend "computer guys" any day VS a frys or walmart for any computer accessories u need...

Bad business i brought my laptop because i got locked out of it he charge me $250 San Francisco computer stores is so much better he think people got money to spend for a machine smh please dont do business with them poor business

They know their stuff. Fixed 2 of my computers, transferred data. Fixed one that I thought was gone forever. Took a few days, but was worth the wait.
