Had a problem after a Microsoft upgrade. James solved it simply and quickly. Before coming to Staples, I went to BestBuys Geeks. Hah! Waited and waited in line. When finally it was my turn (and no one else was in line), they told me they couldnt see me without making an appointment. I told them to make one. It was for two hours from at that time! I said no one else is here; cant they just look at it? They said no. So, my granddaughter suggested Staples (she had seen their ads). I highly recommend Staples. And, if you get James, you will be well taken care of!! Highly recommend their tech department! Thanks James!! For your great service.

I placed an order for a banner and was told it would be ready in 4 hours. I called almost 5 hours after I placed The order and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I got here it still was not done. It still needed to be cut and according to the lady behind the desk was unaware of the grommets that needed to be placed on there even though it was on my order confirmation. I waited there almost an hour And still left with nothing. The lady that cut it made uneven cuts and it looked horrible. I now have to drive back tomorrow morning in hopes it looks professional and is complete. Will probably not use them in the future.

This is where I go when I need office or shipping supplies or the odd small computer item. Staples isnt anything fancy, but they have what you need, and the stores are laid out pretty well so you can find what you need and be on your way quickly. Service has always been pretty good; check-out is fast, and the few returns Ive had were handled quickly and easily.

Natalie in the printing services department was fantastic. She was able to compose a fantastic flyer for my business while I was there. Her and I composed the flyer in no time. I had went to Office Depot down the street and Jaxson who I spoke with was unable to to be of any real assistance. Thanks Natalie for your professionalism and a great experience!
