West/North Fresno customers will be rather confused when entering this bike shop. "Why are all the bikes the same brand?" "Why are they all from Taiwan?" "Why are they all for midgets?" "Is that sales associate a male or female?" "Whaaa....?" The sales associates here are very pleasant. They wont drown you when youre looking through, but that may because they know youll run out of things to look at really quick. They save the shop. The bike mechanic seems like he has the opportunity to be pleasant, but make sure you deal with him at the beginning of the day, rather than the hour before closing. If hes out from behind the counter after 5, run. No, just run. Playing dead only works on bears. Before 5, youre golden. After is a different story. I dont understand why this shop exists. The only bikes here that you cannot get at Wal-Mart are the trendy fixies. Every component they have here is available for a better price somewhere else. Even REI sells tires for cheaper. With their prices, how does this shop survive east of 41? Unless youre a typical fat American who thinks that "Schwinn" still means Made in Chicago, go somewhere else. Even then, they dont have many cruisers here. Rich people can go to Rubber Soul, Classic and Vintage guys can go to Tower Velo, and the college kids can share stock in Tower and Stevens.

Its hard to find a helmet that doesnt make you feel like a total dweeb. At 31, I have just come to terms with the fact that its better to wear a helmet on a road bike than not wear one. The associate helped me find a cool helmet; showed me some different models including the two best sellers- which were quite nice, mid range helmets. I sport it any time Im doing some serious biking. I also bought a new replacement axle for my bike there. Once again, great help, and they didnt even try to upsell me on bullshit that I didnt need. Not the lowest prices, but worth it... Considering I went to Herb Bauer for a Spoke (riding my gfs pink schwinn) and the dude doesnt even try to help me. In fact he sends me home, asking me to bring the bike. My g/f commutes to Visalia so I dont have a freaking car dude.. Well needless to say I left and didnt return. Its now the next day and Im waiting for Fresno Schwinn to open so I can get a new spoke. Anyway, I know I wont have any problems there; theyre humble. Thanks for always being helpful and not dick-head-like. Highly recommend these guys if you want no hassle help.

Frsno Schwinn a good bike shop place to go and fix your bike I always go there when I need my bike to get fixed or get some parts for my bike I have a friend that works there I know his dad they are really cool people so everyone when you need your bike fixed go into Fresno Schwinn and my wife bought a three wheeler bike there its cool and she always ride it five star for Fresno Schwinn⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really cool bike shop. The guys in here are cool and informative. This place has been here for years! Bought a few bikes here over the years and its always been a good experience. Ive went other places but they just were always trying to up-sell me. Recommend this place.

The kid at the desk was rude and dismissive. I tried to talk to the manager and he wouldnt give me any information other than he wont be there today. He only pumped one of my tires and let me walk home because the other could "ruin their pump." Dont waste you time here

My family and I went in on Labor Day to purchase a three wheeled bike and accessories. When we entered the store one of our party needed to use the restroom. They refused her and told her their was one across the street. Some of us never made into the store.

Customer service is excellent. Prices are a bit high. Will treat you better than the folks at the bike shop down the street. You know who you are. Service prices are fair. Like to see a bunch of younger guys running a bike shop. Gives me hope for the future.
